Liverpool XI: Reina, Kelly, Skrtel, Carragher, Jose Enrique, Henderson, Gerrard, Spearing, Downing, Carroll, Suarez.

Everton XI: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Coleman, Rodwell, Fellaini, Pienaar, Stracqualursi, Anichebe.

Kenny Dalglish names an attacking line-up, desperate to put an end to his prolonged set of horrendous results. Andy Carroll partners Luis Suarez, and Steven Gerrard returns to the starting eleven.

Celebrating 10 years of continuous employment this week, David Moyes could see his side leap-frog their city rivals with a win. It’s surprising then that, despite his winner against Spurs, Nikica Jelavic is dropped to the bench along with John Heitinga. In their place, Denis Stracqualursi and Phil Jagielka come in.

    This is my first year with FPL (or any fantasy league for that matter), but I've learned that I love DGWs. At least DGW's played against Everton.

    Read a lot of dire predictions here of DGW disappointment this time around, but my 3 'pool players racked up 24 points for me and they have 2 good fixtures to come. It may just be beginner's luck, but I'm hoping for another DGW soon!

    Well done to everyone that played bucktooth as captain tonight. Proved a lot of people wrong. And even moreso to those of you who took a punt on Gerrard.

    I'm personally completely screwed off that Glen Johnson was a no show this gameweek after being withdrawn from the England squad over two weeks ago "as a precaution", and to make it all better I missed out on Heitinga's appearance points tonight.

    From a non-fantasy perspective, we can have no complaints about that result, we deserved to lose by more, we were utterly terrible and lacked any kind of steel. Baines was the only player who looked like he cared, the defence looked a mess with Jagielka back in there instead of Heitinga, and Moyes needs to be taken out and shot for that team selection. FA Cup or not, it's a fecking derby and we had to put it right after what happened at Goodison this year. Absolutely ludicrous, especially dropping Heitinga, who's been our best player over this unbeaten run. He's a centre back, he doesn't need a rest, jesus.

      Ye.. Suarez (C) what a legend. And Reina did well too. (Although Vorm on my bench still outscored him). I always seem to have the highest scoring bench in the league. This week I have 24 points sitting on the bench (Vorm, Moses and N Taylor).

    Props to all Suarez captainers! The only reason i didn't get him was because i opted for Skrtel instead of Enrique so couldn't afford him anyway. The reaction i got in that other post was a bit hostile after some of the stuff i see posted on here :/

      Neither. He was always a one-week punt keeping a Rooney-sized seat warm for a free transfer. If he gets the (expected) 2 bonus pts I'd have been better off by 1 pt (and a transfer) going straight for Rooney - so not smug either.
