Seems choices are Crouch / Holt / Lambert and maybe (but only if your an England manager Heskey). Crouch has done well when played for England to be fair, but I think Lambo should get a look in.

Just got up and saw the terrible news about Fabrice Muamba on the BBC. Poor guy and I can't imagine what his family must be going through - I really hope he makes it. Sad day.

Other than that, only other tip I can give, is that Lallana is super talented. But like a Taarabt, or others, I reckon it remains to be seen how he'll fair in Prem.
I'd have far more faith in Lambert as a Fantasy prospect next year than Lall, although Lall is a better footballer.
Why does this sort of thing happen to soccer players more than anyother sport?

I don't know that it does (happen disproportionately to footballers). I woke up this morning to find a message that one of my friends had died. She didn't play football. Just that people get to hear about sports people. Life is fragile, so enjoy it while you can, whether that involves playing fantasy football or other stuff.

If a teenager is gunned down in the streets tonight, is it any less tragic? But strangely whilst I normally take a fairly dispassionate view of these things, the coverage and feedback was so much more personal in this event, that I have no problem with it being worthy of overt respect and sadness.
But if you had different coverage I don't real have any problems with that either.
I some footballer died in a far away land, it wouldn't bring a smile to my face, but it wouldn't effect me at all.

Was up late watching the Spurs game whilst feeding my baby over here in HK - terribly worrying scenes. I know it's been said a number of times already but this kind of incident really puts everything into perspective. Went to sleep an hour after he collapsed, where the only updates were that he still hadn't been resuscitated. I expected to read the worst when I awoke, so obviously I'm amazed Fabrice still has a fighting chance. Hang in there son, hang in there.
