Think we can still stick with bale? Spurs not getting out of slump. Who best to replace with?
Open Controls-
He has still been Spurs best player, and in fairness they have had some tough fixtures recently. Bale is worth keeping IMO.
Open Controls-
Agree that he is still Spurs best player. Really tempted with HBA after that performance. But Newc fixtures does not look pretty.
Open Controls
-
-
they just held Chelsea and were the better team and now have a succession of much easier games, crazy to get rid.
Open Controls-
Very good point. But Spurs due a blip. And its hard to see them getting out of this. True fixtures are great but have to take into account form, which Bale does not have atm.
Open Controls-
Your loss. Spurs have an excellent run, and they don't look out of form, just not steamrollering teams at the moment.
Personally I'm adding Adebayor to Bale for next week onwards. Bookmark this post. Spurs will rise again, very soon.Open Controls

No Walcott Mark?
Open Controls -
My team for next week:
Schwarzer
Skrtel(new)-Evans(bla)-BAE(swa)
Walcott(avl)-Valencia(bla)-Dempsey(NOR)-Siggy(tot)
Drogba(avl)-RVP(qpr)-Rooney(bla)
Bench:Mignolet-McAuley-Caulker-Surman
Should i change something/ do some transfers? If so, could you suggest something please?
🙂Open Controls-
How about Drogba > Jelavic, Surman > Bale 4 point hit?
Open Controls
-
Nothing for Walcott huh, disappointing,he fired in so many crosses which were unsuccessful because there was no one there to collect,YaYa 3 would be gratefully received though in a week where this idiot spent 4 points taking the "amazing" Sigurdsson in for McClean, ouch, big frickin' ouch.
Open Controls-
Pah! I can top that idiocy! I did Yaya to Sigurdsson! 😉
Open Controls-
Look at this way though. Siggy will come good in a week when McClean gets nothing so you can laugh at all te McClean owners that weekend.
Open Controls-
I benched Siggy last week in favour of McClean, this week i benched McClean in favour of doubling up on Liverpool defence! Thats 30 points just sitting on bench

Who will win
A. Rooney (VC) Nani (C) Hughes +13
or
B.Rooney (C) Valencia JEvansOpen Controls-
Whose a's first sub for nani?
Open Controls -
-
not what i wanted to hear
Open Controls
-
-
Well Nani is not going to play...
So its basically Valencia & Evans vs (Sub) & Hughes + 13
Even if Evans gets 6 and Hughes gets 2, Valencia will still have to out score the A-team sub by 9 points. Of course Hughes may not play either.
Advantage A-teamOpen Controls

dont for the life of me understand why people were taking McClean out before the home game vs QPR!
Open Controls-
+1
Open Controls-
For me,despite it looking like a good fixture,Siggy was the overwhelmingly in-form midfielder, playing at home in an in-form side against a team who can be wildly inconsistent. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, bad mistake, but that was the rationale, getting on the bandwagon after the first stop, but getting on none the less.
Open Controls
-
-
I had a justifiable reason.
Though why I thought my team would actually go to the S-O-L and put up a fight when they need points to stay up and were facing Arsenal and Man Utd next is clearly the question I needed to ask myself on Saturday morning when I took McClean out for Siggy.Open Controls -
I guess the a lot of people had the "Sig-fever" before the weekend. However, that should still not be reason enough to take out McClean when he's playing at home, against, QPR, with Sess back in the team. Now is the better time to do it if some are still considering getting rid of McClean. Not worth playing him until GW34 from now on IMO.

Skrtel -> Terry, Kompany or Vermaelen?
Thinking Terry, Chelsea should finish strong and when Terry plays they normally keep clean sheetsOpen Controls -
Doos (and everyone else, duh), question for you that I posted in church on my mobile but didn't get too many responses....
Is Siggy or Mclean > Walcott and Aguero > Cisse too knee jerky? Or would you just do Aguero>Cisse?Open Controls-
just do the 2nd if this 'injury' is not too bad
Open Controls-
Now that I think about it, is it worth it if the next five matches for Cisse are against arguably the best defenses in the league?
Open Controls-
form over fixtures
Open Controls-
who else is there though? Odem? Yak - missed the boat.
Open Controls-
Hernandez

Just the last, imo. Walcott for 33.

Not convinced you should do either of these transfers at all right now. You could consider getting McClean out for another budget midfielder (Etherington, Ryo etc.) But wouldn't get Cisse in against Liverpool and Swansea. I would wait until GW33 and do them then. At least I'm thinking of getting Walcott then, going for Adebayor as my 3rd striker though. 😉

Going to lose my PP Cup by 2 points - currently down 22-24 but we both have Evans/Valencia/Rooney(C) to go. Only hope is one of Val/Roo don't play as McClean will come off my bench. Not hopeful.
Open Controls-
Getting rid of either Enrique or Skrtel (or both) is a good start.
Open Controls

-
-
can't see the scores but I'm guessing McClean has got me 3.
Open Controls

Curious as to what people would do with my team. I know it needs some sort of surgery. I have one free transfer and 6.2m in the bank.
I have a few ideas but they are not concrete yet.Open Controls-
Spend some of that cash o upgrade Morrison or Surman
Open Controls -
I'd say Morrison to Dempsey/Bale for this week, then get rid of one of those Liverpool defenders.
Open Controls-
Yeah I was looking at Bale/Lampard/Mata for one of those two. I am going to wait until after FA cup ties and champions league. Not sure if getting a hit for a liverpool defender is worth it considering the run after Newcastle plus Agger will be back.
Open Controls-
No, I wouldn't take a hit to get rid of them. But I wouldn't keep both after their showing of the past two weeks, Agger or no.
Open Controls
-
-
-
Think I'd bin one of your Liverpool chaps for Kompany, pending news on his fitness.
Open Controls-
Yeah I looked at Kompany, Only problem is that Arsenal play Man City soon and that will involve 4 players then...
It might be a worth the risk all the same.Open Controls
-
-
No need for 2 Liv defs so get shot of one of those.
Also, probably Young to Valencia or Morrison out for a decent fit MF'er.Open Controls-
So the consensus seems to be overall I may need a four point hit ðŸ™

Will bonuses be done tonight?!
Open Controls -
Anybody think Valencia and Rooney out to do some damage tomorrow? Like a compensation in a way especially we've seen nothing from Van Persie, Sigurdsson, Bale, Silva, Swansea's and Liverpool's defence.
Open Controls-
Yes that is exactly what Man united will do. I heard Ferguson give an interview saying that he does owe fantasy football mangers compensation. For other team's poor performances. However, I am unsure whether this is a thinly veiled mind game with Mancini.
Open Controls -
Well, my opponent in my league is 10 points ahead of me. Valencia and Rooney MUST do something!
Open Controls
-
Hobbled onto 22. Have the Utd Trinity & Dempsey tomorrow so could scrape to 30 yet. The 'bin Ba' bandwagon is well and truly rolling & gathering speed...
Open Controls-
I too am hoping for a great United performance tomorrow. Binned Ba last week, his replacement didn't do wonderfully either (Yak) but I would have been so frustrated watching him today if he'd been in my team.
Open Controls

ok folks what do to do for this week
a) Santon to Verm
b) Young to Theo (want Hernandez so I need a United spot free)
c) both for -4.Open Controls-
c
Open Controls -
I'll be very interested to see how Young plays, assuming he does, tomorrow. Also to see if Hernandez plays - if he doesn't then I honestly think it's not a punt worth doing.
If they both play and do well then I would do both transfers this week barring any injuries of course.Open Controls-
only just realised who this was
What's with the new grav?Open Controls

I'm going to be a hypocrite and say b).
Open Controls

Dembaba blacksheep is definitely out for me this week! 9 points from his last 6 games! Just 1.5 PPG, While Cisse amassed 38 ( BPs for this week yet to be included), at a rate of > 6.3 PPG & at a mere £6.7m could be the perfect replacement. It didnt look like a serious injury against WBA today, So i believe he'll be ready for next GW's clash against LIV.
Open Controls-
I know they've just conceded 5 to QPR and Wigan but I'd still not bring in an attacking player for a game against Liverpool. Many will disagree though.
Open Controls-
No disrespect to LIV's defence ( Got Enrique in my team ), But i think they've been leaky in the recent few GWs, Just 1 CS from the last 6 games & to concede 5 against the likes of QPR & Wigan ( No offence btw) makes me think keeping an in form Newcastle & Cisse at bay a very very tough task. My point in bringing Cisse now is to get him before the C-wagon starts & the man is in form.
Open Controls
-
-
If this Cisse injury is nothing then how does this sound for -4?
Skrtel + Ba ---->P.Cisse + ANY DEFENDER
so Baines, Cahill or Verm?
Rest of defence is:
Krul Vorm
Evans BAE Simpson TaiwoOpen Controls-
What are the chances of Ba proving you lot wrong with a hat-trick next game?
Open Controls -
Cisse is a good 3rd striker option. + get Verm IMO
Open Controls-
Got RVP and Theo, would Verm be Arsenal overkill with City and Chelsea coming up?
Verm or cahill - cant pickOpen Controls
-
-
-
Remarkably, Holt has saved my gw!
Open Controls -
So, since everyone here have Rooney, Valencia and Evans...the result from this evening will be similar to final after tomorrow game...except (c) Rooney but that is not quite big number.... So, I am expecting a fat green arrow with my 33 until now....
Open Controls -
Alan Pardew confirms Papiss Cisse had cramp, says Coloccini is more serious - may miss 2/3 games "which will hurt us."

Terrible week and its time for a change, thinking of doing kelly/simpson to vermaelen and ba to jelavic, good use of my two ft's?
Open Controls -
If this bps prediction was correct, there will be zero bps for me.... ðŸ™
Hope Rooney(c), Valencia, and Evans outscore my whole team.Open Controls -
Skrtel to BAE or save transfer?
Open Controls -
Who will win:
Me 36 + Roo + Evans + Valencia
Rival 27 + Roo (c) + Evans + ValenciaOpen Controls-
Very close...I think you may just sneak it...
Open Controls -
So he needs 9> from Rooney?
I reckon he'll sneek it on BAPS (stab in the dark)Open Controls -
I think if I had a gun to my head I'd bet on him, but close.
Open Controls -
Really hoping ur rival... but think u may have it
Open Controls -
well essentially it's on Rooney. If Rooney gets 2 goals you are screwed, anything else you'll probably take it.
