        I'm just putting this week down to one of those weeks. Luckily my rivals and Mull are also having a mare. Still really happy with my team. Really happy to see the back of Silva for Valencia and Fletcher for Odemwingie. For the first time in ages I don't want to make any changes, which sounds kinda weird on the back of such a terrible week.

        The Rooney captaincy gives me some lovely hope though. I'm hoping he rips through Fulham like Sweeny Todd at an operatic barbers' convention.

    Skrtel , Simpson, N.Taylor, Kompany, Evans

    Am thinking Skrtel > Verm and Ba > Ade leaving me with 0.5m free, only other player im tempted by is walcott but cant see him being much better option than my big three in mid over next few weeks, thoughts?

      I would suggest Papisse Cisse and not Adebayor. Spurs haven't shown any promise after Newcastle's game. Skrtel to Vermaelen seems decent.

    Guys I’m struggling with deciding on my 2 FT this week, got £2.2m in the bank with the following team:-

    Krul, Migs,
    Skrtel, Evans, Cahill, Simpson, Kelly
    Bale, Young, Demps, McClean, Siggy
    Ba, RVP, Rooney.

    I’m thinking of getting rid of Ba & Skrtel, can’t decide if I should go for

    2. Walker.
    3. BAE

    As for Ba I’m thinking a swap for Ade.

        I'd keep McClean. Maybe time to swap Bale for Walcott. I suggest that you go for P. Cisse instead. Spurs haven't shown any promise so far since the Newcastle game. You could sell Skrtel for Vermaelen.

      Mate it's embarrisingly bad. He literally offered nothing to the game apart from that one freekick, whereas mcclean/sess ran the show and only got 2pts between them. System is a joke.

    Had the old 'man in the stand' bonus system been retained for this season, who do people think would have benfitted the most?
    Obviously Silva and Modric would have bagged a lot more first half of season, though my money is on Vorm... he would have been the ultimate man in the stand favourite.

    Was looking to ditch gerrard but think I'm going to keep now with colocinni out for newcastle next week. I really want to crowbar walcott in as think he'll run riot against taiwo (3 bonus pts are a joke), but only way would be to do Sess > Walcott and Skrtel > £4.7m def.....-4pts. Thinking it's prob not worth it?

        Cheers mate. QPR were sooo bad at the weekend I think arsenal will put a few past them easy. My original plan had always been to get walcott last week but lescott's injury meant I got verm instead. Itching to get walcott in and hating missing out on his points.

    Demba Ba can you kindly get the hell out of my team you big pile of Horse dung. I had resisted him all season long cause I had Sturridge as my 3rd forward. But since I have had Ba (Post ACON) he has amassed 10 points over a 6 game period averaging 1.66 points per game!

    Anyone care to offer me any options at the 8.6 mill range!

    Is Akotto worth the extra 0.2 over Walker?

    Walker was man of the match against Chelsea. Also, he is a differential..

    Also, consider that Spurs play twice in 2 days. The 7th of april sun and the 9th of april NOR.

    Early on in the season when Spurs were still in the Europa League the only regular in the 1st team who played regularly in the PL who also played regularly in the EL was Walker.. so I feel he is less of a rotation risk than BAE.

      Actually I thought Ade had a brilliant game, he made a couple of bad decisions that made the highlights reels but his overall hold up play and tackling were excellent, for me he was the best player on the pitch, though that's not to say it's the kind of performance that translates to FPL points.

      He's been poor for a while now - FPL wise.
      Surprisingly he is a hard at Spurs and is crucial to their attack, but he's not shooting or looking dangerous.
      Besides that penalty against Arsenal, he has had 1 good game since Christmas.
