Sergio Aguero looks set to miss Manchester City’s game against Sunderland with an already infamous “stupid” injury.

Vincent Kompany should return for City, though Joleon Lescott is expected to remain sidelined. Rio Ferdinand is available for United, who will be without Nani for the trip to Blackburn. Branislav Ivanovic is back in the fold for Roberto Di Matteo as Chelsea take on Aston Villa, but Raul Meireles could well miss out with a knee injury.

Jack Rodwell, Seamus Coleman and Royston Drenthe all look set to miss Everton’s game with against West Brom, whilst Arsene Wenger is “90% confident” that Laurent Koscielny will be available for Arsenal’s clash with QPR.

Aston Villa have this afternoon confirmed the sad and shocking news that Stiliyan Petrov has been diagnosed with acute leukaemia. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Villa skipper at a time like this…

      definatly worth the hit and i'd say Vorm because Liverpool play better against good teams and away from home this season, fairly sure they'll score! Swansea have a few clean sheet in their last matches aswel against good teams..

    I thinking of Ba -> P.Cisse this week and Silva -> Walcott GW32

    My team:
    Vorm, Lindegaard
    Simpson, Kompany, Jones, S.Kelly, N.Taylor
    Bale, Dempsey, Silva, Valencia, Siggy
    RVP, Suarez, Ba

    Leader:

    Ok.....Rate my DGW plan 🙂

    Currently my team is as follows:

    Krul Vorm
    Enrique Kelly BAE Simpson Evans
    Valencia Dempsey Walcott Sigurdsson Bale
    RVP Rooney Ba

    GW 31: Save Transfer

    GW 32: Kelly >>>> Mc Auley

    GW 33: Dempsey >>>> Sessegnon

    GW 34: BAE >>>> Kompany
    Ba >>>> Ballotteli/Graham
    (-4 Points but allows me to feild 11)

    GW 35: Balotelli >>>> Adebayor
    Sigurdsson >>>> Miyaichi
    (-4 Points)

    GW 36: Kompany >>>> BAE
    (7 Players for the DGW)

    TBH 7 DGW players is surely enough???

    I mean, Swansea and Sunderland have Bolton and Wolves at home, surely it's much more sensible investing in a team that plays in GW34 and are likely to score more than most Newcastle,Fulham and Bolton players are.

    Thoughts???

      Yep, for me the only DGW team worth investing in are Spurs, possibly Chelsea. Then anyone you already had before that point is a bonus.

        I'm looking at

        3 Spurs- Friedel, Walker & Bale
        1 Pool- Enrique
        1 Chelsea- Cahill
        1 Bolton- Miyaichi(He has two DGW's remember)
        1 of either Mata or Stevie G.

          Looks good to me, although I am uncertain of how much game time Bolton players will get - surely 4 games in 2GWs will mean much rotation? Hard to tell but Miyaichi is the best possible player to have for the potential points.

      Completely agree. A full team of DGW gives you a better chance of getting the right ones in but there will be some duds in there. SGW can be more profitable when you have the right player in the right fixture.

      I'm happy to have a balance between the two.

      You have to keep in mind GW37 following the DGW. You don't want to be left with players who don't have a good fixture. Factor in the FA Cup and CL and there will be alot of players rested in at least 1 of the 2 games.

        If all goes to plan, I should be able to field 11 for GW 34, 3 DGs in 35 and 7 in 36 (2 Bolton and no Newcastle or Fulham).

        My plan is sure to fail though, with an injury or suspension forcing me into another transfer!

    RVP captain

    Rooney as differential (looking at mini league rivals)

    Back Dempsey to score anytime (as do not have him and keeping Silva another week/got him @9.5).

    Decent GW31 plan? 😉

    Am contemplating the unthinkable...

    No, not that one, not the RVP one, no...

    Am thinking of getting rid of Bale for Walcott or Gerrard. Thoughts? Considering Tottenham have been poor of late compared to earlier season form, and his heft tag could pave the way for Walcott or Gerrard who are playing really well atm IMO and are returning relatively substantial sums of points.

    I've got my Masterplan.

    GW31 Santon -> Verm Skrtel -> Baines
    GW32 Kelly -> Caulker
    GW33 Dempsey -> Sess, Cahill -> Kompany (4pt)
    GW34 Suarez -> Odemwingie
    GW35 Verm -> BAE, Odemwingie -> Adebayor (4pt)
    GW36 Kompany -> Cahill, Valencia -> Mata (4pt)

    Should allow me to have 11 for GW34, 1 doubler for 35 and 7 doublers for 36, with an extra Baines fixture somewhere too. Now just wait for injuries and suspensions to ruin everything.

    papiss cisse - adebayor

    i know everyone is scrambling to get papiss in but i have no spurs coverage at all and i really like there fixtures and my main rival has bale! also i think ade's DGW looks very strong!
