We’ve been here before. Seven days ago we were waxing lyrical about the efforts of Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa – a week later, we’re at it again having seen both combine to unravel a hapless Liverpool.

Cisse’s brace took him to seven in as many games, while at the Lane, Emmanuel Adebayor confirmed himself as a rival for a slot in our squads, as he returned to goalscoring form.

          Your call. Now seems pretty pointless to me when there'll be seismic shifts in rankings due to the nature GWs 34 and 36 meaning it'll be very hard to score well in both without making a few transfers.

          Most people would love to have their WC to deal with it; you have a massive advantage over them, in my eyes it'd be a shame to fritter it away on a regular GW and be in the same boat as them in a few weeks time

    Siggy has been killing me: Ive just always had more pressing transfers. Still stuck with Dyer.

    Gonna really affect my transfer plan if I have to make a 'sideways' transfer like that, but should stop the bleeding and get him in right away, or just consider it a lost cause and proceed as normal?

        People say this about so many players though. Siggy has ability and talent, if he can score against Spurs he can certainly score against QPR, Blackburn, Bolton and Wolves.

      Worth getting him in as Swans have good fixtures.

      To be honest with you ,guys like him, Walcott and Sess are pretty much worth it even for a 4 pt hit because they'll return it with interest within the next couple of gameweeks, if not straight away anyway.

      Sticking with a guy who is either going to be on the bench or pick up 2 points every week for fear of taking a points hit for guys like the ones mentioned above is a waste of space in your team at this stage of the season.

        It has more to do with how precious every individual transfer is for the next several weeks. Dyer to Siggy doesn't gain me anymore players for GW 34 (in fact, it clinches me only being able to field 10) and it actually takes me from 9 DGWers to 8 for GW 36.

          Ahh right, Val and Siggy same for me in current plan.

          Gerrard is a very nice option with great fixtures in the DGW. Suarez is a risk, just feel that Torres game time is risk too. Otherwise I'd consider Sturridge or even Drogba.

            Big question for next week. Play Vorm/Krul?! I don't want to waste a free on getting a safer bet. Swansea are home....but Cisse and HBA are on fire. If we think about saves, I'd lean towards Vorm, but it's such a tight decision.

            It is going to be a very-very long game tomorrow evening. No United coverage against Blackburn is scary. Although I think United will concede, therefore Evans is on the bench. Unassisted Scholes and Giggs goals in a 2:1 win would be awesome.

                Well, no, it doesn't make it easier to go up in rankings, cause I'm too low 😉
                And I actually have 2 United players, but I benched Evans and the second one is Nani. Urgghh, there is gonna be a very-very fat green arrow for me when he's back, you better watch out!!!
