The sixth run of the Paddy Power Cup enters Gameweek 35 with just 16 Fantasy managers left in the hunt. Having successfully navigated Round Five (results right here), the Last 16 draw has been made and the eight fixtures are as follows…

Having eliminated the 29th ranked fuml_akimbo in the fifth round, fredwestham has his reward with a plum tie against the lowest ranked manager left in the competition – 62,699th placed ajay_kl.

It’s now jamie1974 that takes the mantle as the highest-ranked contender in the tournament. The 702nd placed fantasy manager is in the tie of the round as well, matched up against mch, who finished the Members Paddy Power Cup II in third place.

Good luck to the final 16 fantasy managers competing in the Paddy Power Cup VI. I’ll bring you the results shortly after the Gameweek 35 fixtures have been decided.

              Contemplating Rooney > Aguero too but this is purely to cover rival who is chasing.

              He has now taken a -12pt taking my lead to 89pts

              This has sort of swayed me to keeping Rooney as my lead is looking "almost" secure.

              Question is, can i risk no city cover?????

            Contemplating this too but cant help but feel that Rooney is good value this week.

            For me its Rooney > Aguero VS banking a transfer and gaining an extra DGW'er

              That's was kinda my call.... I went for a city (c), not sure Rooney is capt material this week.

              Other options were Dempsey against an upbeat Wigan, or Siggy at Bolton.

              Neither a that primed for the job like a tevez or aguero.

                  50 pt mini lge lead, and rivals all 3 will go city. Can't face having no cover v theirs.
