FPL 2012/13 Is Now Open

And we’re off….Having released the Player Price List earlier on this week, the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game is now officially up and running for the 2012/13 campaign, allowing us to tinker with our teams ahead of the big kick-off on Saturday August 18:

In conjunction with Tuesday’s revelation, our coverage of the player valuations continues to pick up pace. Having rolled out our analysis of the Goalkeepers and Defenders, we followed that up with a look at the Midfielders earlier this afternoon – no prizes for guessing the Forwards are on tomorrow’s agenda.

For now, though, let’s not waste any further time – our patience has been tested enough. Head off to the official site and get your team registered for the new season, folks, and let the planning begin.

        Yeah opening day against Soton you need at least Aguero or Silva IMO.

          Yeah, was worried about lack of City but Aguero and Silva are a bit pricey and others seem rotation concerns. Gonna see who is starting regularly before commiting to any City players.

    Haha just signed up for FPL made my team only to come here and see it's very similar to a lot of the teams here.

    Best defender for 6.0 mil???

    I currently have A.Cole, Lescott, Hangeland, Demel, Fonte

    But some tweaking in the forward line (Graham -> Pogs) could free up another 1.0 mil to upgrade Hangeland. Any thoughts?
