FPL 2012/13 Is Now Open

And we’re off….Having released the Player Price List earlier on this week, the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game is now officially up and running for the 2012/13 campaign, allowing us to tinker with our teams ahead of the big kick-off on Saturday August 18:

In conjunction with Tuesday’s revelation, our coverage of the player valuations continues to pick up pace. Having rolled out our analysis of the Goalkeepers and Defenders, we followed that up with a look at the Midfielders earlier this afternoon – no prizes for guessing the Forwards are on tomorrow’s agenda.

For now, though, let’s not waste any further time – our patience has been tested enough. Head off to the official site and get your team registered for the new season, folks, and let the planning begin.

    Good to be able to see player's FPL stats again now the site is open. For example, Kolarov scored 73 points in 823 minutes last season. This compares very favourably to his score of 60 in 1719 minutes in his debut season 😀

          I just checked and Kaboul played in Tottenham's 3-0 defeat at Man Utd on 22 August 2011. The reason Spurs conceded so many goals at the start of last season was the lack of any fit central defensive midfielders as well Modric transfer saga.

      Even if you're right and Kaboul is out you still can't guarantee Dawson would replace him, Caulker will be ready to play by then. (even if GB get to the olympics final, which they won't, Caulker would have enough time to be ready for the season)
