Having already run the rule over the Goalkeepers, and Defenders for the season ahead, the third part in our series of Members articles sees us analyse the midfielders. With the aid of our Projections we’ve analysed the average points expected per player over the course of the upcoming campaign and, applying this to the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) player price list, have listed the top ten in terms of expected value per Fantasy pound for the season ahead…

I know he's not had that much game time, it might have been at RB (honestly don't know) but Lambert bought Lowton from Sheff Utd (unlike Stevens who he inherited) and he's had a fair bit of game time, so I reckon Lowton is nailed on RB. I'm a Villa fan, but who knows till Lambert names the line up for West Ham game..

He payed 3 million quid for the guy as soon as he arrived at Villa, so assumed he's been watching him. Lichaj is a year younger at 22 and a good player, but i reckon the manager fancies the new boy more

I suppose 8.5 would be fair, and many on here seem to think so. Though midfielders have been priced low so he could be 8.0. But as we seen with Michu it can overstep our expectation so maybe the same as Walcott 9.0

No-one is quite certain which animal is the slowest in the world. Sea anemones and sponges, for example, barely move at all. If you only consider creatures that move, candidates for the slowest speed include slugs (0.03 mph), garden snails, clams, oysters, starfish and urchins.

The slowest mammal is possibly the three-toed sloth, which moves so slowly that algae grow in its fur. As its legs and feet are shaped to hang from trees, it would take a sloth nearly a month to walk a mile. Even when climbing, they move at a rate of only six feet per minute.

Per Mertesacker, Germany's contender for the title of slowest mammal, has the turning circle of a distressed oil tanker and can be easily overtaken by mobility scooters and milk floats. Arsenal are confident that, given a downhill slope and a strong following wind, Mertesacker might one day be able to give the three-toed sloth a run for its money.

Bale - Fat Frank - Michu - Pienaar - Noble

    Tevez - Rooney - Petric

    0.0M in bank

Some points where I am unsure about my team..

    1)Should I pick Siggy or Bale ?
    2) Will maybe get Zaba or Kolarov instead of Lescott if they play in the CS.
