Last weekend’s headliners get the Gameweek started as Swansea face West Ham at the Liberty in the day’s early kick-off. Following that, we’ve no less than seven other Premier League matches in a bumper Saturday programme. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to soak up your real-time reactions as today’s matches roll on.

The team news from Swansea finds Michael Laudrup not surprisingly keeping faith with the same XI which scored five at Loftus Road. Chico recovers from a knock to start in defence, then. As for West Ham, they give £10 million man Matt Jarvis his debut, while James Tomkins also returns to the starting lineup and could well occupy a midfield role. Ricardo Vaz Te and Matt Taylor have made way.

    On reflection a WC after GW1 was the right thing to do imo. Lose one of your Chelsea players, get Hazard and join the Swansea bandwagon.

    The majority here see an early WC as a newbie mistake but I probably lost 30 points not playing mine.

    the next Gameweek will be a serious test to my Fantasy Manager skill..Mata has to go..If I don't sell Benett I will probably play 10 players(2 defenders then only)..

    and leaving Rooney on the bench(if it goes to that) and have Taarabat as the 5th midfielder(will he play??) looks the most straightforward..

    I had an ok week, have 36 with Santi Cazorla and captain Tevez still to play. Michu, Pienaar and Van Persie all delivered for me.

    The Rooney injury was enough to turn my stomach a little when I saw it, pretty grim and it looked like a deep cut. He just stood there with the blood seeping out of his leg, no histrionics - which was commendable.

    I thought Kagawa had a good game again. Was buzzing around and had a few shots this time around. He definitely looks like a good guy to have going forwards, although he was subbed off in the 2nd to highlight a potential rotation risk. I think his creativity makes him a lock for the next few games though, especially if Rooney misses time.

    On the rules page:

    Sunderland v Reading has been postponed. Any players you have from these teams will score 0 in Gameweek 2. Players will play twice in a future Gameweek, when the game is rescheduled. You will only score points for this match if you have the players in your team for the Gameweek that the match is rescheduled for.

      Auto subs will happen after last game of GW tomorrow afternoon (Liv v ManC). If you have any Sunderland or Reading players they will be replaced by players from your bench that have played with the only stipulation that you have to have 3 defenders (excl Gkeeper) in your team.
