As another Fantasy football deadline creeps towards us, we swing the doors open on the Surgery Chatroom to cater for all those looking to share some thoughts and gather advice in real-time.

It’s been another busy few days, with Gameweek 1 giving us more than enough to chew over. Michu’s ascendency has been quite extraordinary, while the emergence of Eden Hazard and the arrival of Robin Van Persie has scrambled our pre-season thinking and forced re-organisation. Should United’s Dutchman make an impact against Fulham today, we’re likely to see a further frenzy in the week to come.

Last night we, of course, published our second Scout Picks of the season offering our snapshot of those players backed for profit this weekend. That was followed by this week’s Differential in which Swansea’s Danny Graham got to peep out from behind Michu to get some attention. All your team news, along with predicted lineups is gathered here, while this week’s ScoutCast (with blossoming listening figures for the new season – thanks) can be found here with another preview of the action to come.

        Michu could go Bananas today. Normally the armband would be somewhere at White Hart Lane this week for me, but Swansea's attacking potential means even if Michu is not in the goals, you would expect assists. The inclination for some to purposely not go with the bandwagon could be a mistake. Michu, El Kapitano!

          He's been incredible from day one. Slotted into the team as if he's been playing for us for years. Season keeper for me. I'll be there today, looking forward to watching RVP feed off those through balls. Hopefully, they'll hit it off and get our season up and running.

    Have all three, Michu (C) for me with Graham (VC - rather pointless as I'm sure Michu will play!). Is a tricky one - people rarely score greatly week after week and I think Graham is due, the thing is that midfielders have more potential for bigger points. I'll probably swap to Graham last minute and regret it later... 🙂
