    Any thoughts on my team would be greatly appreciated. I decided (after a ridiculous amount of deliberation) to leave RVP and stick with torres. I have Kag, i think my strikeforce is strong without him. Plan to swap bale for hazard next week unless bale has a stormer.

      His stats were epic for the whole 12 or so weeks I had him last season; he produced more than 3 points on only one occasion. (Or something very similar, the numbers are from recollection)

    Sorry, I seem to have confused people re transfer deadlines....

    The deadline for transfers is 11pm. The deadline for for playing tomorrow was 12 noon. My point was that people are assuming that because the deal is not announced until after 1200 it means they won't be able to play, which is not neccessarily true as the deal could have been done before 12. 🙂

      Yeah, some big losses ... at some point losses on Downing / Henderson will be realised too.

      Better to sell and get what you can than rot in the reserves though - 2 bad decisions don't solve the problem. Clean slate.

        They rejected a bid for Henderson. Downing could very well turn out to be a decent defender, have to see him against some stiffer competition than Hearts though.

    - Kaca's place now seriously at risk
    - Zabaleta's place at risk (although I personally think he'll start most league games still)
    - Bennett's place gone
    - the need to get Hazard in
    - possible international injuries
    - potential to make money over the break
    - who knows what else could happen by midnight!

      If you can get to the team you want in 4 transfers accross 2 GWs, I wouldn't wildcard. If not, it seems you may have good reason to.
