Midfield is way too good, you can basically never bench any of them. Downgrade one and upgrade one of the strikers. Goalies also too expensive for my liking

There is little you can do that will have an immediate point impact. Your def needs a little shoring up (whose doesn't) so pick your worst def and start rebuilding. No need to jerk.

As a Bale + Walker owner, I'm not complaining, but I do not understand this bonus at all. Anyone who can explain this??!

It's not just about goals. Dafoe had loads of shots off target and hardly made a pass. Bale had one shot off target, ran a lot, made tackles and pssed the ball to spurs players a lot.

Not even close to fair. Bale had a lousy game and got a lucky goal. Vertongen played sooo much better than Walker but the assist counts for alot. Lennon was also good. Defoe should get 3 bp no matter if he missed a few shots

Anyone feel like being humble? I'll start: I have made huge mistakes from the beginning of this season, and my current points do not reflect what I planned to have happen. If they reflect anything good is it that I made some prudent choices alongside my stupid ones. How many of us are (a) doing terribly despite still thinking our decisions were smart, (b) doing fairly well despite thinking we made several stupid mistakes and feeling baled out by luck and some bet-hedging (me) or (3) doing REALLY well and can only put it down to luck?

I don't know whether to feel lucky or wise but doubling up on West Ham defence has worked wonders so far, without it I'd be doing really very badly so far! I don't understand people who are disappointed this week, everyone is in the same boat, get over it. It's only 4 weeks in and it's been impossible to predict how it's all going to pan out. We've got some information now and need to use it to do better. If you've had Michu/Hazard/Ivanovic from the start then that's 100 points right there, but not everyone has been that lucky...it's a marathon this game!
