Despite the playful twitter tamperings of Gary Lineker, Robin Van Persie takes his place in an unchanged and attacking United lineup for today’s early kick-off against Arsenal. The Dutchman starts, then, and wears the Fantasy armband for many as he faces his former club for the first time.

Our Dugout Discussion Chatroom is now open and available to collect all the joy and agony of this match and the day’s other six encounters, concluding with City’s visit to West Ham this evening.

The lineups from Old Trafford are predictable. Both sides remain unchanged with Sir Alex Ferguson keeping faith with Ashley Young on the flank, opting to keep Javier Hernandez in reserve, with Danny Welbeck out of the squad. As for Arsenal, they keep Theo Walcott on the leash as they put out the starting XI that struggled to break down QPR last weekend.

    Got home from the game so only saw the second half, Arsenal were shit! Even though he scored Cazorla/Gunter > Michu/Rafael is still tempting. our next 4 fixtures arent great and i dont doubt cazorla. but I do doubt Arsenal and michu has sot*ham (away) next week = POINTS!
    Disapointing for Arsenal but Marrrinnneeerrrrsss!! Choohooooo, 7-2 and top of the league.
    Wilshere send off and cazorla goal might mean grav change.
    Anyway what a day and night hopefully all my players are starting
