If he had played today,there would have been doubth over fake injury shown to inter match.
It's strange though because he was evidently injured against City. I know there are international 'injuries' but he was certainly in pain against City and had an ice pack on his leg after the game.

Speaking as a fantasy veteran here, knowing the disappointment and pain that failure in double GW could cause, especially if your captain is hurt, I have decided to establish Sturidge Whingers Club [;)] in order to ease the frustration and pain.
- For the memories of all Bobby Zamora’s investments in double GW when he was just back from injury and gave us all might 1 pt x 2.
- For the memories of all Zigic owners in double GW, also interrupted by injury. And there was talk about being even a triple GW back than, first and only time in FF history.
- For the memories of all Arshavin owners in double GW when the second game didn’t happen because of snow.

Lets make it a club. Really. The motto of the club “Happiness shared is increased, Disappointment shared eases the pain”.
Tonight around 19:00 GMT when the lineups will be announced and if/ when Sturridge isn’t in the squad, please post your case here. In example I sold RVP for him, or My rival has Suarez captain or whatever your story is. Or only even shouting is acceptable, let it go, it will be easier and there won’t be whinging posts on FFS and the atmosphere I presume will be better.
