Hopefully I am not alone in facing the prospect of needing to get RVP in, several CHE/AVL players out and now possibly Anelka out too.
Given all that, some people are starting to talk of WCing so soon, but my question is how many hits is acceptable to take at this early stage of the season rather than using up your WC?

I look at it this way: 2000ish is a good score for the season. 100m buys that, so roughly 20 pts per million.
So if you can build your team value FAST early on, hits are a worthwhile investment as long as you take less than 5 per million of team value you gain.
Thus jump on every bandwagon you can for the first few weeks, especially if they solve team issues. Probably WC GW3 if any real bandwagons emerge to play the market...
Normally try and get to 110 million by 1/3 of the way through the season then chill out and take very few hits rest of the season. But I'm fully expecting 4 or 8pters for the first few weeks...Open Controls
