He’s well travelled. He’s multi-lingual. He’s just 19 points behind me. Despite my best start to a Fantasy Football season in living memory, Granville is right on my tail. In this latest episode of the ScoutCast, Granville takes delight in taunting me by wrapping his tongue around every “Pochettino” with ease, leaving me to struggle like Paul Merson with a mouth ulcer.

In between the mispronunciations, myself and the “cosmopolitan Manc” get heated about Robin Van Persie, rinse through the Gameweek 1 bandwagons, preview the weekend’s action and welcome the flying start made by this season’s ScoutCast team. It’s breathless stuff, squeezed into a low fat 40 minutes.

      That is a very strong line up for this week and personally I would play all of them. If you're too strong elsewhere then Zabaleta, Coleman, Vertonghen, Shaw, Whittaker in that order for me.

      I would love to, but I lack the cojones. I think that Arsenal will bounce back big time, but the early Saturday game after a Wednesday game in Turkey coupled with his poor performance against Villa makes it too risky for me.

    Any opinions on which of teh following is best:-

    1) walcott & snodgrass

    2) mirallas & nolan

    3) walcott & noble/bellamy/or any other 5.5 or less mid

    Option 1 would mean a non playing 2nd keeper but i have no problem with that

      Unless you can't afford the new player afterwards, or are desperate to get him in for this weekend due to a plum fixture, then I wouldn't take the -4 hit, Ronh. 0.2 in value is pretty easy to get back, especially in 37 weeks.

      But I suppose Soldado's safer. I just feel like Soldado being the consensus best captain choice is crazy. Swansea are a good road defensive team (Or at least they were last year) and Spurs didn't look great against Palace.

          haha! just seen it. I think keep your WC - your team looks fine! Coutinho, Walcott etc. are going to rip it up over the course of the season, and there's no need to get rid simply because they didn't produce the desired points in one week.

    Soldado - is he that good?

    He has scored 2 penalties & another 2 tap ins against some crap team I never heard about.
