Going with Theo would mean doubling up on Arsenal with Giroud, which doesn't look bad, even though they have 4 away games in the next 6. Michu's short term fixtures don't look so good, but after Arsenal, his fixtures take a turn.
Would you rather spread? Or double on Arsenal?
Lambert instead then? The only thing that's making me have him in the team is the midfield behind him. And he must be nailed on, looks to be finishing well (at least for now). At 8.7, I think he could prove to be great value.
Don't get rid of Giroud. Very good striker. Started his first season at every club slowly, and then scored 20+ in every subsequent season. Add to that he is the central figure of a top club who always score goals, with the addition of on of the best assisters in the world, with some of the best fixtures in the next 10 under the tutelage of one of the best managers in the world. Get Giroud.
Thanks for the reply. It does look like he'll end up with 15-20 goals this season in the league with his confidence. And I do have him currently, I'm a fan of Walcott tbh, so I might just double up. No issues there I think. But yeah, I am aware that I might get a game or 2 where they'll both frustrate..
I think he will be looking at 20+ in the league to be honest mate. I have absolutely no fear or hesitation about getting both Walcott and Giroud.

To be honest, the rep levels were overdue some love. The system was still using default levels used when we had downvotes and the removal of downvotes has caused some knock-on bugs I need to look at with Ed. I'll get on this tonight and tomorrow.

In the UCL game, it makes sense to have a strong bench because you can make manager substitutions during each gameweek. Your bench kind of stinks.

I'm really glad I played my WC after GW1. The international break really hasn't brought about the number of transfers that most of us expected. It wasn't perfect but I also gained a few million in value which will help switch players throughout the season. I'm not entirely sure what "you don't understand the game" would refer to as it's rather vague comment. I understand the game is to pick players to score the most points. I also know that it meant I could win 2 of the leagues I was in to get a bit of early cash back so a fairly decent start with a way to go until Jan's WC.

Not to my knowledge. It is feared that the injury is quite bad - upper ankle - but the source of the rumour is unreliable and the injury is now a knee ligament. My bet is that he is out for a couple of weeks at least but will be waiting for news before acting.
