With the international break almost over, we look back at our leagues across the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Sky Sports and Sun Dream Team games and find out who is in pole position following Gameweek 3’s matches. We also discover whose bank balances are healthier in our exclusive link up with PlayON.

Fantasy Premier League

Stumanchu clings on to top spot with a score of 246 points and now sits in 21st position overall. Pablo Zabaleta’s 12 point haul at home to Hull and his bold decision to captain Michu proved crucial. Shenway Choo has leapt into second place with a Gameweek 3 score of 74 points after he made the brave move of captaining Zabaleta. Shenway is just one point behind Stumanchu and one point ahead of Tarik Alibou, who retains third place despite captaining Edin Dzeko – Ben Davies and Yaya Toure’s combined haul of 26 points helped spare his blushes. The code to join our FPL mini-league, which is top of the league of leagues, is 1580-1106.

In our FPL Fantasy Football Scout Members league James Floyd is in first place and has a score of 238 points overall; Pablo Hernandez ended up being his trump card. Sam Gillespie is in second and in third is Ivan Heneghan.

Torres Magic tops the Fantasy Football Scout Contributors and Moderators league through his safety first captaincy of Theo Walcott. Tinkerman is in second and was another to hand the armband to the Arsenal winger, while Greenwindmill is in third as the moderators dominate the league and leave the contributors looking up in envy.

Sky Sports Fantasy Football

With a score of 318 points, Josie O’Neil tops our league in the Sky Sports Fantasy Football game, while Mary Humberstone’s haul of 312 points is enough for second and Nick Whitrid is in third with a score of 309 points. The winner of our Sky league, which is number one in the league of leagues, wins £1,000. To join, visit Sky Sports Fantasy Football and key in League Name: FFScout, League Code: 8000112.

The Sun Dream Team

In our Sun Dream Team league Lee Walpole is in pole position with a score of 266. His selection of Daniel Sturridge, who has a haul of 42 points, coupled with a reliance on Tottenham and Arsenal players has proved a successful strategy for Lee. In second is Sam Hutchinson, who adopted a similar tactic and now has 250 points. Tim Mongiat completes our top three with a score of 242. To join visit The Sun Dream Team, league name: Fantasy Football Scout, password: ReWOZhn1T1 and PIN: 8061654.

PlayOn £2 Game

In our exclusive Fantasy Football Scout PlayON £2 Game Andrew Foskett took first place and winnings of £64.60, with Paul Jenkins in second with £43.20 and John Wallace in third with winnings of £25.70. Andrew’s selection of Olivier Giroud and Swansea defender Ben Davies proved particularly inspired.

    Listening to TalkSPORT.

Discussion on where Ozil arrival leaves Wilshere.

Where does this view that Jack Wilshere is an attacking midfielder come from? Apart from his very low goal rate and asdist rate, whenever I've watched him, he's more of a hard tackling type that pushes forward now and then.

Not by any means a behind the main striker type.
    Am I missing something?

massively overrated player imo. promising yes, decent yes, but has an awful lot to learn yet.

hate seeing young players being burdened so badly and just being set up to be a disappointment. i wish him well and hope he proves me wrong.

        I'm of this view.
For me, he has more or less only got injured and booked.
        Never saw the big fuss.

But I dont want to blame the fuss on him.
He could be good, still jury out.
But far from deserving the hype he gets based on what I've seen. But as I said, the hype isn't his fault.

        Walcott Ozil Cazorla
        Giroud

        Hope they play Ozil central
I felt Arshavin was wasted wide a lot.

They were talking about Wegner playing the inform player alongside Arteta. So they imagined Arsenal would line up something like:

      .......Arteta ... Ramsey
      Walcott .. Ozil .. Cazorla
      .............Giroud

Nothing to do with Wilshere being an AMF.

This is my team going into this week

    Mignolet
    Koscielny, Terry, Shaw
    Snodgrass, Walcott, Silva, Mirallas
    Aguero, Sturridge, Benteke

    Harper, Ravel Morrison, Turner, Ward

What of the below options do people think is best:

    a) Aguero to Giroud and have a handy 2.2 in the bank for next week
b)Take a hit, Aguero to RVP and Silva to someone under 6.0 like Brady
    c) Do nothing & keep Aguero for Stoke game and save transfer for next week

    Cheers!

Fairly strong team but i would change it. With the exception of Benteke you only have Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal & Spurs. All it takes is for those to have bad results & you score low.
You have no Chelsea or Liverpool coverage.
I would swap Ozil for (Coutinho/Hazard someone like that) Nani not guaranteed to start so would swap for someone other than Man Utd as you already have RVP & Vidic. I have Lamela, not sure he will start yet after returning from international duty.

Want some United cover. I think i can get better value for money without RVP and no other United players appeal to me. Any non-RVP'rs have any United cover?

Double up with Vida and Evra is the best bet for now. As I personally dont see anyone else nailed on who could get points

I don't but was considering welbeck tbh. Will get goals in. That run in. Those top 3 spots are fairly valuable though so went for three lone strikers at big clubs with easy run ins. Stuudge giroud and soldado

And if he goes off the price could rise further -- will be keeping him for 2-3 weeks and then WC Suarez into his spot.

    Walcott - ** - ** - Brady-WP

    a) Lampard - Hernandez
    b) Nolan - Barfa

I was all set on Lampard and Hernandez but I'm a bit worried that they will be rotated more than I can take so would Nolan and Ben-Arfa or be the safer and therefore better pair ?

with johnson out for liverpool, surely rogers won't make 2 changes by dropping toure. right?

also can Mamadou Sakho play RB by any chance, does anyone know?

I don't think so. LB if anything as he's left footed, but doubt we'll see him there over specialist LB Enrique.

Wisdom RB, Toure CB this week imo

Soldado 2 goals from penalty, Toure 2 goals from freekick.
Yet people (incl. me) will have Soldado.

This Lamela train is shocking? Some people rate him to be in the top 3 mid in the game atm, and he has only played 30 min, didnt do anything of note, i will give you that he has an impressive resume, but so did Holtby, he has almost no experience, is playing under an awful (in my opinion) manager regarding developing players and is not fit at all to play in the Pl atm. thank you for reading my rant

I really want him but I had to make a defender transfer.
I actually think if he starts he could be one of the best midfielder picks.. definitely the best of Valencia, himself and Young

    Attention Mark.

I've just been cleaning out my Outlook contacts, and came across an entry for a Mr Mark Sutherns. It seems that when you were at Future we must have had some dealing about a cover disk demo.

Small, strange, spooky world my friend.
