Not keen on Luiz, too much rotation threat.
Moses is a bit of a gamble too for this reason, but is cheap mid so might be worth it.
Personally I think Soldado is overpriced, Sturridge or Suarez in for him when either back.
Migs is fine by himself, no need for Boruc, might aswell squeeze another 0.5m there.

I wasn't counting falls but fair enough.
You need players to rise twice to make a profit. There won't be many of those.
I don't think value is a good reason to wildcard but its a nice bonus.

Rooney has always been a good player and every now and then gives an explosive performance with a goal or two. Question is should you buy him or any other play after one good performance?
He is injury prone and has two many quiet days for me (at the price).
