For those cheering on a Joel Ward clean sheet or hoping Dimitar Berbatov can open his account for the season, thereโs plenty on the line, though.
Ian Holloway makes a trio of changes for the home side as he looks to recover from the previous Gameweekโs loss to Liverpool. Jose Campana, Yannick Bolasie and Dwight Gayle are all drafted in for the Eagles, with Jimmy Kebe, Marouane Chamakh and Cameron Jerome the men to make way.
For the visitors, Maarten Stekelenburg returns between the sticks for the first time since Gameweek 1 after recovering from a shoulder injury. The Dutch keeper is one of four changes made by Martin Jol โ Kieran Richardson replaces Fernando Amorebieta at left-back, while Scott Parker and Darren Bent also return. Parker replaces Giorgos Karagounis in the middle of the park, while Bentโs selection looks set to shift Dimitar Berbatov into a deeper role, forcing Bryan Ruiz onto the wing, with Damien Duff dropping out.
