And so it goes on. With Granville bemoaning a “reasonable” 58-point Gameweek, I slip further into the mire as my team of differentials, mis-placed punts and failed opportunities continue on their relentless decline.

Slowly but surely the roles are being reversed in our weekly chat – as I recall my latest errant transfer and Granville struggles to curb his smugness: he even talks about himself in the third person.

As I desperately clutch at straws and roll out some positive thinking, my co-host halts his stream of advice to analyse the week’s rolling bandwagons and preview the weekend fixtures, whilst discussing the crunchy topics.

Join the counselling session via this link or stream the sorrow via the handy player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Cardiff: 3 -2
    Stoke: 0-0
    A. Villa: 2 - 3
    West Ham: 3 -1
Just 2 wins and 5 goals conceded!

Chelsea have won all their home games and scored 10 goals!!

People keep on sayin delay getting hazard/oscar by one week cause of the bad fixture and while i agree it's a tough game defensively, attackin wise chelsea should score 1 or 2 based on form. Ignore Hazard/Oscar at your peril 😉

The Boss will not recommend us to attack if we get even just 1 goal lead & he might bring even extra defender (Cahill/Luiz) in place of me/Oscar in 2nd half.

He says "either win it or don't lose it" & I don't think that's a good attitude for us- attacking players.

Michu should get a few goals out of that lot, but like you I'm not sure if he will.

Swansea are very unpredictable, primarily because of this Europa League malarkey. If Pablo starts this weekend and does anything then I'll probably downgrade Michu so that I can upgrade Lukaku to Aguero for GW10.

I know many of us here think that Holby had bad game on Sunday but does AVB think like that?

Holtby assisted the assister in that game for Soladao's goal so kind of created the play there.

Why would AVB wants to change his winning team, anyway?

Eriksen playing full 90 yesterday night didn't help either so what do we all think about his prospect of starting this GW, people?

      Soldado
      Siggy - Holtby - Townsend
      Dembele/Sandro - Paulinho

He won't change much. I can see starting him Dembele over Sandro simply because it's a home game and Dembele's ball retention is excellent. Aside from that, he doesn't seem to change a winning team often. Especially when the 2nd team wasn't convincing.

Holtby had a decent game.. Ppl are forgettin that Eriksen along with most of the tottenham attack had a nightmare vs West Ham and that could be the reason for the changes(and not the international break as quoted on here). Eriksen will be a huge part of tottenham and will prob be have a good season but not at the moment imo.. Holtby to start and play himself out of the team in a few weeks which is when Eriksen will come to the fore.. He is class but tottenham need to gather some momentum and they did that with the team they put out at the weekend

Some stats for the weekend to help us non-members ...
    1. Fulham have conceded the most shots per game away from home and have taken the fewest shots away from home too(Sunderland come 2nd but do on avg 2 more shots per game than fulham - Go Soton Defense! )
    2. WBA are 9th in the table for shots conceded away from home(hanging out with the likes of Norwich, Crystal palace, Newcastle - Go Suarez(c)! )..
    3. Crystal Palace are 8th in the table for shots conceded at home with Everton, West Ham conceding more 😯
    4. Stoke city concede the 6th most shots away from home (Go Rooney!)

Was gonna add more but i'm bored so gonna stop. Realised i dont have the key stat(SIB) and so the above while fun to research is basically pointless 🙂

I wouldn't. Moses has a good record against WBA. Might just get something in this game. Start him if you have him.

No, not at all. EVE got decent prospects of a cs and you know Coleman spends just as much time in the opposition penalty box as his own.

Both are great options, stats to back up either of them.

I'd say Townsend , due to the price difference.

Anyone looking to cash in on the turmoil that Crystal Palace have going on? I bought Lovren last weekend (up 0.3 since) but am prepared to take a hit to generate a big score.

With fatigue starting to set in amongst many of the FPL stars like Ozil, Giroud and Ramsey I think that Cazorla will be the one that most of the play goes through on Saturday.

What do you think? Santi or play it safe and go with Ozil?

I think Caz will start. I also so Ozil and Ramsey starting.

What's the status on Wilshire and Flamini?

This may determine the midfield starting births and those who could be 'rested'
