The ScoutCast – Episode 114 – Plunge

And so it goes on. With Granville bemoaning a “reasonable” 58-point Gameweek, I slip further into the mire as my team of differentials, mis-placed punts and failed opportunities continue on their relentless decline.

Slowly but surely the roles are being reversed in our weekly chat – as I recall my latest errant transfer and Granville struggles to curb his smugness: he even talks about himself in the third person.

As I desperately clutch at straws and roll out some positive thinking, my co-host halts his stream of advice to analyse the week’s rolling bandwagons and preview the weekend fixtures, whilst discussing the crunchy topics.

Join the counselling session via this link or stream the sorrow via the handy player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Just listened to pod. Mark has resignation in his voice like a man (Palace) that needs to take up golf and leave FF, family and friends behind to relax and unwind for 3 hours, get to the 19th hole, talk bollox, laugh, stare at the barmaid with great lemons. get pissed, get taxi and get back to her in doors who rejoices by the thoughts of fook he's back.

    I love golf.

Need help here. Got 2 transfers and I am confused.

    Migs

    Vidic Terry Fonte (Collins,Chester)

    Michu Barkley Amalfitano Lampard (JWP)

    RVP Suarez Giroud

These are the ones I have in mind.

    A) Vidic and Lamps to Chico and Hazard

    B) Vidic, Lamps and RVP to Walker, Hazard and Aguero

    C) Collins to Murner and save the other.

Anything else I should be considering?

Viper, (comments suddenly went blank for me), I'm not sure on Travel Insurance cost but I reckon Martin Lewis is a good place to start (Medical Insurance is not needed as there is a reciprocal NHS scheme or summat).

Would it be total and utter madness to go without it yeah? Dya mind me asking what age you are out of interest?

I don't know why I try so hard in FPL at the moment, when it comes to January and i'm in the outback i'll probably be doing well to find out the scores never mind change my team! 🙂

I think Travel Ins is needed as it's something to do with that NHS scheme not covering ambulances or something. I shall look into in more detail and get back to you. Talking of NHS, you're Irish iirc? So it may be different for yourself. I'm 22 going on Mark Corrigan's age.

Meh the way this season is going, I'm not too bothered as it's a blimming write off! You're right though; I hope there's WIFI on whatever ranch I found myself.

I'm 22 aswell, will be 23 when I go! Yeah i'm Irish. I'll look into it further. There's a few small niggly things to sort out like insurance, tax numbers, banks etc. but it'll be all sorted! 😉

How do your parent/s feel about it? Are you travelling alone?

            -Luggage
            -Farm (waiting on email)

I'll sort out Tax and Medicare when I get there.

I've reassured my parents that it's fine to travel alone. Gotta live life to the full! We're blessed to have 21st century travel. I've sold nearly all my possessions, scanned all my documents and ready for an adventure! Plenty of time for slaving over a desk.
