    Thinking of taking a 4 point hit for a defender as i've only got 10 playing this week. Seems like the only time to take a 4 point, would people agree?

    Got 0.6m in the bank. Who shall I bring in for Faye?

      Whether it's worth -4 depends entirely on how good a transfer you make. I would do Faye -> Gabbi, no problem with that to get 11 players and strengthen the team for the Christmas period. Faye isn't likely to get much gametime and Gabbi seems nailed.

      It's not usually a 4 point hit if you have 10 playing...If they only score two points it's a 2 point hit so pick carefully and don't go for somebody who has a chance of getting a good hiding and negative points.

    With all the injuries, suspensions, rotation risks and general doubts, quite a few of us have made survival transfers.

    Are you happy with your new purchases or do you feel that your team is poorer for them?

      This year Ive had many injuries etc. However, I managed to replace them fairly wisely in most cases, although Bony and now recently Vlaar has been annoying.

      I will probably sit on Vlaar this week and get rid of Brady (who clearly isnt right since return from injury - another one ive had along with many others)

      I obviously haven't made any transfers since a) it's Friday b) I don't need it. I will probably do Vlaar -> Gabbi, which I think strengthens the team and frees up 0.4M.

      Happy enough..Trying not to carry any passengers at all..so 15 fit with one transfer and a fairly minimal number of rotators...

      kos doesnt really have easy fixtures in the next 3 and oviedo is a small term punt. i think its a waste of two valuable transfers IMO

      Not good. If that's your priority your team must look pretty good. I'd look at Rat -> Gabbi or just save FT and get Jagielka next GW if you got the cash.

    A) Stick with Remy this GW, save one FT and have 2 FTs next GW which allows me to be more flexible, but I'll probably lose a little value.

    B) Remy -> Lukaku, even though he has a tougher fixture he is in better form. Leaves me with only 1FT next GW, but gains a little value.

      looks like your bringing in lukaku next week anyways so might as well do it now. fixture wise they are both hard. i can see united keeping a cleanie on sat

        😆 Let's face it, Arsenal have been simply amazing defensively the whole season and are just now getting the paid for it in terms of clean sheets. United, not so much.

        So, what you are saying is that you would rather have Lukaku and 0 FTs this GW than Remy and 1 FT saved?

            Yupp. That's my CURRENT plan, and I'm pretty set on it, but I know things can change drastically every GW so that's why I was thinking I might as well wait since I don't mind having Remy this GW. Blargh. Tough one.

              just hold then for this week. you wont lose much value waiting and if any injuries occur your in a better position with 2 frees.

                Exactly my line of thought. I love the flexibility of the 2 FTs. If Remy takes off tomorrow (who knows?), maybe I won't want to do the transfer anyways or the GW presents other problems to me.

    Wildcard played this week.... how can this team be improved? I have gone for a strong defense over Midfield as it seems really hit and miss.

    Currently ranked in top 100k but falling behind main rival in mini league.

    With Boruc, Clyne and Wanyama out, Saints' defence looking dreadful. Also bad fixtures coming up make me glad I already got rid of Boruc and Fonte.

    Do people think Lukaku can score similarly to Rooney up to the Jan WC?

      mmm...maybe not...But Lukaku plus a quality mid will outscore Rooney and a lesser mid probably.

    What do we reckon the chances of Januzaj starting are?

    My current midfield is:

    Januzaj - Oscar - Ravel - Ramsey - Nasri

    With Oscar unlikely to play and Ravel suspended, I need Januzaj to start. No FT.
