Liverpool’s trip to West Brom sees Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge place highly in the Captain Poll, whilst United’s visit to Stoke also supplies our analysis with a couple of popular contenders. Arsenal’s home game against Palace also comes into the reckoning, whilst we also unmask this week’s “Captain Unsensible” and cite the statistics to back up our bold punt:

    Thinking of doing Terry+Kun > Azpi+RVP.

    Any other better options for Terry replacement at 5.4?

    Aguero injury is perfect opportunity to move away from City striker for the Chelsea game, which is likely to be low scoring.

    Way too much uncertainty for the three contenders, but hopefully clearer after this week if I fancy going for one of them.

    I just can't trust Dzeko to start... As he is already missing one game between now and the theoretical return of Aguero, I can't afford for him to miss one more!

    It's going to be Aguero --> Benteke for me.

    There I said it.

    If it looks like Dzeko is nailed on next week, then I can always bring him in ahead of Adebayor for not, STO, SUN.
