Fantasy managers are hoping for an improvement this evening after the first four fixtures of Gameweek 26 served up a paltry five goals last night. Unfortunately, we only have four matches to contend with after the weather put paid to City’s game against Sunderland and Everton’s home clash with Palace.

Hopes of Fantasy returns at the Cottage are still high as Liverpool roll up to Fulham, with Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge carrying the captaincy hopes of many. Arsenal and United go head to head at the Emirates, with Robin van Persie and co facing a tough task of breaching a Gunners backline that has conceded once in the last eight in front of their own fans.

Charlie Adam has notched four times in as many home matches as Stoke welcome Swansea to the Britannia, whilst Tottenham’s trip to under-strength Newcastle offers Emmanuel Adebayor a chance to carry on the form that has seen him average nine points per away appearance under Tim Sherwood.

As always, our Dugout Discussion chatroom will support your real-time banter requirements throughout this evening’s matches.

No. Never. The top4 will be what it is now. No way any of these 4 teams drops out of it.

Arsenal have a bad calendar for all year for having difficult PL matches associated with each other and CL games - with the toughest group too - and that obviously costs them some points, because they can't have easy matches between the tough ones but have to enchain difficult fixtures. for example, they played both Manchester clubs away after a CL match. Those were sure losses and good bets as such, but they will probably crash out of CL now and will then have periods of better fixtures towards the end. So, I'd say they're still closer to title than 4th position. Still well in that title fight.

If you're thinking of Spurs being hot, think again. It's Newcastle in shambles. Spurs will soon have worse turn in fixtures too, and they're the odd team in top 6 (before this round, 0 goal difference).

Like I said to TopArse, I was only asking the question. Newcastle aren't that great but Spurs are playing well.

I take your points and agree with them. Spurs do have a harder run after the next few and Arsenal's finish to the season is a lot easier - Plus presuming Bayern beat them they can put all of their eggs into the league basket.

It is funny how Sky Sports report makes it seem that ManU was the team closer to win. Focusing on one single moment of the game, that Szcescny save on RVP. Forgetting that Arsenal was pushing for whole second half, coming pretty close to score a few times. Why not "Super Valencia denied Arsenal?" Would have been as accurate, if not more.
