How do fellow Hazard captainers feel? Only lost 5 points to Suarez captainers(Presuming you own both) and did much better than Sturridge captainers...
Open ControlsYeh I feel OK tbh. Main concern now is Adebayor...What was your final points tally for the day? I am on an average 53.
Open ControlsShould be happy Parm. Wishing I had stuck to Haz (c).

thanks if you couldOpen ControlsHad Suarez(c) and Gerrard, that penalty gave me a 14 point boost.
Open ControlsPeople with Arsenal defenders after today's right off against stoke the gunners have a set of very tough fixtures spurs (a), Chelsea (a), Man City (h) and Everton (a) Is it time to get rid of Kos et al ?
Who will you be going for ?Open Controlscaptaining between suarez and sturridge is becoming difficult for me
Open Controlsthink it's got to the stage where it really is just pure luck. liverpool score a tonne, both can score at any time, tiny margins seperate 2 points and 15.
suarez's extra assist threat probably just shades itOpen Controlssturridge looks less more likely to assist these days, less selfish than before.
suspect something BR may have said something to him - that chance he was put through on goal and didn't shoot, instead squared to suarez was surprising. the sturridge of old would have taken the shot.Open Controlsagree, don't like when he gets called selfish, when suarez does exactly the same it just gets ignored. half their appeal is they have a go at defenders, but both do look-up too
Open Controls
Read some comments from BR earlier defending Suarez for the recent lack of goals by talking about everything he does for the team. He went on to say about how Sturridge was learning to be more of a team player.
Open ControlsI feel Sturr tries to pass plenty of times, don't think he is "selfish" at all, he just lacks quality. Clinical finisher but difficulty making those little lateral passes to the feet of his mates for goals from what I've seen this season.
Open ControlsHe has the reputation for being selfish as there used to be countless times where he would shoot from a poor position instead of passing. It has definitely become less of an issue since he's been at Liverpool.

the past 11 weeks suarez has not been that important, just have to have him because of ownership
only three double figure hauls in that time
aguero + suarez + ade might be the ticketOpen Controls
Have Ade so just one goal will do me as rival has him has CAPT
Open ControlsEvstastic ars and chel conceading made a big diff as my rival had defenders from both
Open ControlsBAPs added..
Open Controlsfor the next 2:
Chambers (cry, NOR)
or
MOlsson (STO, sot)
?Open ControlsMertesacker to Evra make sense?
Gives me an extra player (to bring me to 9) this week, good matchup, in form and a DGW in 31 for Evra.Open ControlsGuess Suarez is still essential. Nothing like a goal drought for him. Just out of position. Assisting and creating chances as well. Gutted Sturridge won't break Ruud's record.

Open ControlsCheers all - it's just two game weeks and I'm sure I'll slide very soon, but feels good 🙂
Open ControlsA lot of two-pointers to replace for tomorrow, too, excellent job.

Evs and AB, asking about the Liverpool defence, from a Liverpool fan:
Flanagan yet again looked better than Johnson today.
If Rodgers plays GJ right back and Cissokho left back and drops Flanagan it will be an absolute travesty, he's been our best full back by miles this season.
Johnson has consistently been poor, Cissokho is enthusiastic, but limited, and Enrique promising but mostly injured.
Even when Enrique is fit (and his return from injury has been delayed yet again) I wouldn't want to see Flanagan dropped. He has flaws, but his commitment to the cause is second to none, and that desire is what we want to see. Johnson doesn't have it any more.
Sakho is now fit, so could displace one of the CBs, but that stat AB posted was remarkable, only 2 CS in 17 without Agger playing. The partnership the fans want to see is Agger and Sakho, but Rodgers doesn't seem to fancy playing two left footed CBs together, so it seems to be one or the other.Open Controlsi don't see the flanagan love, today again thought he had some bizarre touches and decisions. but rodgers' opinion is the one that matters and he likes him. think i've read that enrique has had a little set-back with his knee so there's no real danger right now
Open ControlsYup, Enrique has had another set back, it seems Rodgers isn't pleased by how long its taking him, there was something about a lack of desire to get back quickly. He should certainly be back before the end of the season, but initial prognosis was Jan/Feb.
Flanagan is a scouser, a local boy done good, and has a brilliant attitude, so that helps us fans overlook some of his technical inadequacies.
Rodgers certainly likes Flanagan, and whatever mistakes he made, he was still better than Johnson. GJ's form seems like its probably down to the fact Liverpool aren't offering him a contract with the same wages, we don't think he's worth 100k a week any more. He might go in the summer. Could still be a great player if he gets his head in gearOpen Controlsthis is sort of my opinion really. if cissokho was the scouser and flanagan the frenchman on loan i think selection would be different. fully agree that johnson is struggling this season, always stuck up for him in the past when he gets some stick for england but this season he just doesn't look right.
think a problem is with suarez, sturridge, sterling etc liverpool dont need attacking full backs. 2 flanagan's would suffice. despite me thinking flanagan is like a poor man's phil neville, or makes carragher look like zidane on the ballOpen Controls
Flanagan was caught out far too many times by Shaw today.
Open ControlsShaw had a very good game, and Flanagan did struggle somewhat with his pace tbh, but I wouldn't say he had a bad game.
Fortunately for Liverpool, Shaw's end product wasn't brilliantOpen Controls
It's strange how nobody minds having two right-footed CB's, but once there are two left-footers, everybody thinks it's a problem. It's like in attack, if you have an attacking four (in 4-2-3-1) with three right-footers, it is normal, but if you have three left-footers instead, for some reason that is probelmatic.
Like now, Rodgers happily plays back four with 3 right-footers, including the left back, but for some reason having both CB's left-footed would pose a problem.
It's a bit dim, really.Open ControlsI think the reason behind not playing two left footed CBs is that as there are naturally less left footers around, left footed CBs will very rarely have been asked to play on the right side of defence, whereas right footers are likely to have had this experience in the past of playing on their 'wrong' side.
I see no reason why they couldn't learn and form a partnership though, Agger and Sakho are clearly our two best CBsOpen ControlsI fully agree. It's just that it is bit stupid that simply because we are more used to seeing two right footers associated - since there are more right-footers - we think that two left-footers would be more at trouble. Surely they can do it in training and even have done it in training.
Actually, I think Sakho formed a fully left-footed CB pair with Armand when he started in PSG, although you could argue that Armand is both-footed.Open Controls
I didn't think Flanagan was that bad today, although Shaw's passing and delivery seemed a little off so it could have been worse. Southampton had a crazy amount of chances, and quite a lot seemed to be on Flanagan's side.
