Prior to limping out of City’s Champions League defeat in Barcelona on Wednesday evening, Sergio Aguero was the runaway leader in this week’s Captain Poll. The Argentine has since been ruled out of tomorrow afternoon’s trip to Hull, scuppering many a Fantasy manager’s plan for this week and potentially beyond. Our Friday members regular returns once again as we look to the main contenders in this week’s Captain Poll for inspiration:

This week, we take a different approach to the Captain Sensible article and use the Stats Tables in the Members section as our guide. By using the top five players in this week’s Captain Poll (Aguero, Romelu Lukaku, Luis Suarez, Eden Hazard and Adam Lallana) as a starting point, we’ve created a table based around a number of their key statistics in order to flag up any other players offering a similar sort of threat.

        Nada, Aguero injury really has allowed me to get a decent side with low TV.

        That's the plan (injury will almost certain destroy it!) for next GW, wanted to keep Lallana for home to Norwich.

    So, the initial plan was to have Aguero, as he is out, Lukaku make me save 4.6 M and I don't know how should I improve the team.

    What about Siss to Nasri? Nolan? someone else?

          Why not? Fulham is desperate and he has scored some goal. True, all goals in a small bunch of matches against crap defences while doing absolutely nothing against any better teams, but what can you expect to be getting if you're Fulham struggling to stay up?
