Captain Sensible – Gameweek 30

Prior to limping out of City’s Champions League defeat in Barcelona on Wednesday evening, Sergio Aguero was the runaway leader in this week’s Captain Poll. The Argentine has since been ruled out of tomorrow afternoon’s trip to Hull, scuppering many a Fantasy manager’s plan for this week and potentially beyond. Our Friday members regular returns once again as we look to the main contenders in this week’s Captain Poll for inspiration:

This week, we take a different approach to the Captain Sensible article and use the Stats Tables in the Members section as our guide. By using the top five players in this week’s Captain Poll (Aguero, Romelu Lukaku, Luis Suarez, Eden Hazard and Adam Lallana) as a starting point, we’ve created a table based around a number of their key statistics in order to flag up any other players offering a similar sort of threat.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Based on the belief that United will beat Liverpool is it crazy to bench Suarez for Nolan?

Liverpool are free scoring but they've only faced one decent-ish side since they lost back-to-back against City and Chelsea.

Barkley CAR, Lallana NOR, Hazard avl, Mata LIV

Suárez mun, Rooney LIV, Sturridge mun

2 FT, is it worth doing Rooney to Lukaku or Fabio & Adrian > Chester & McGregor in readiness for GW31?

Also looking to also do Snod > Stirling and Mata > Yaya after GW30
