    Looking for some UCL advice...

    Had the (c) on Raul Garcia (9pts = 18), but still have Haz, Ronaldo, and RVP to play.

    Worth the risk of switching to either?

    Madrid don't have much to play for, but both Chelsea and United will have to score some goals...

    Need some advice on my DGW Team:

    Mannone*
    Coleman* | Ivan | Olsson
    Mata* | Yaya* | Lallana | Hazard
    Suarez(c)* | Sturridge* | Lukaku*

    Bench: Boruc, Ward, Bruce, Noone, 0.8m in bank

    0 FT left.

    I only have 7 DGW players as it stands, but I do want to get rid of Mata.

    Should I:

    A) Mata -> Gerrard for -4? This leaves me with 7 DGW still, but potentially higher points return.
    B) Lallana -> Nolan for -4? Will give me 8 DGW players.
    C) Lallana -> Nolan and Mata -> Gerrard for -8? Will give me 8 DGW players with high points return potential
    D) Something else, swap one of my defenders for a DGW defender for -4?

      i think you should just keep faith with mata for the DGW... switch lallana to stevie G if you can afford it... or another DGW...

      Good team, although there might be too much money invested in the defence and not enough in a 4th/5th midfielder. Generally I don't like having two midfielders less than 5m but it could work out for you. What's your TV?

        Cheers - yeah I'm not normally a fan of 2 cheapies in midfield either - would likely mean shifting between a 4-3-3 and a 3-4-3 from week to week.

        TV is around 108m, so not great.

      Too much money on Baines- downgrade to Coleman, or even Distin. Then you can upgrade Ki to someone better with dgw, eg A Johnson or Collback (Sund)

      Collins did not play last GW? Maybe look at McCartney. I'd sell Lallana too, if Wilson and Dawson still get starts and are not injured.

        Cant afford Zaba with AJ and Kolarov looks far from safe for starts. Could be a great gamble but I think I prefer Distin's fixtures and security of starts.

          could you afford something like gerrard > nasri and then get baines and sterling? just throwing ideas out here 😀

          I think not C....so torn between A and B. if you think Baines will get among the attacking points, then go him. but it seems to me like his attacking returns have been a bit diminished this year so maybe Distin and AJ is the better option

          I wouldn't count on it. and thing is the news could say he'll be back by gw 33 and then he's out longer..... I'd plan on getting the best team out now and then adjusting your squad IF/when aguero is fit

    are either evra to baines or evra/cahill to zaba/kolarov worth a hit?

    could also WC now and do evra + cahill + AJ + ince > baines + demel + silva + ki.
    or evra + kolarov instead of baines + demel. both that's probably not worth it is it?

      shockingly good with wildcard still intact! any hits so far for this? keep the chelsea players, kolorov is certainly not worth it (bitter experience!) ..shaw or ward to chester if you reckon he'll get more than 4..

      I think Cahill to Baines could be worth it; however you'll want Cahill back for his next 2 after the DGW (and for the rest of the season).

      Don't WC yet; looks like you're set up pretty well for the DGW.

    Definitely not worth it to WC just yet, you are pretty well set up for this DGW and I think having your wildcard before GW34 would be extremely valuable

    anyone looking at McCarthy for a cheap DGW midfielder... his game time looks good. played every nminute of the last 8 averaging about 2.2 pts per game... consistently mid teens EA PPI over these fixtures...
