Plan for 34. You'll want Silva+Toure+Fwd by then, and Rooney and Mata are blanking. I'd say Mata to Silva, drop Mirallas for someone like Ki or Colback for his DGWs. The following week, reinvest that extra 3m you'll gain on upgrading a forward, likely Studge to Aguero if he's back.
