I'm considering downgrading Gerrard in order to get Aguero for the double, but not sure if it's worth it as Dzeko and Gerrard are performing well.

this is a mad table. basically looks like almost all managers are doing bad job. personally i think the effect a manager has on a team is at most about 15% (which can make all the difference of course)Open Controls
I think people need to look at the wages too.
Why a footballer like RVW, who has done absolutely nothing this season, is allowed to draw a high wage is beyond me. Contracts should be contingent on targets and performance like the rest of the real world. I'd be paying RVW 1% of what he's currently earning given how useless he is. Encourages players to actually put the graft in. You could even have a substitute "wage", standard for all the players on the bench (say 10% of their wage if they played and met their targets). Encourages performance, competition and weeds out those who only want to sit on the bench and earn the money.Open Controlsmaybe. but that might set a very difficult precedent. as in how do you assign a target? if it was goals scored say, you'd make a player greedy and could actually lose goals for the team.
