In-game data is provided by Opta and their decision is taken as final. Unfortunately, it appears as though they may have missed Distins' yellow card.
However, from the rules:
'For the avoidance of doubt, points awarded in-game are subject to change up until one hour after the final whistle of the last match of any given day. Once the points have all been updated on that day, no further adjustments to points will be made.'
As this deadline has now passed, the yellow card will not be updated on the FPL site, therefore the 3 bonus points for Distin will remain.

This is my main problem, id just like them to be consistent. They set a dangerous precedent before. Thing is assists can be often a grey area, but yellow cards etc are usually pretty clear cut, if not during the game then after. No mistakes should really ever be made or at least not rectified.
