Ahead of England’s vital Group D game against Uruguay tonight, Paddy Power are rolling out a tempting offer for those yet to register an account. With Roy Hodgson’s England set to face the South Americans at 8pm, our bookmaker mates are offering odds of 5/1 for the Three Lions to bounce back from their defeat against Italy and defeat Luis Suarez and co:

Given that the regular odds are just 11/10, this is clearly another great offer from Paddy. Click here to get involved.

Those who already have an account with Paddy can still take advantage of a Money Back Special on offer. Paddy will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match as a free bet if Uruguay win – found out more here.

To clarify, the England enhanced odds special is limited to a Β£10 stake, open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

      It's still very possible.

Italy could easily win both games, in which case a 2 goal victory v Costa Rica would send us through.

      Absolutely agree.. it's great entertainment.
Modern hipster football fans seem to yearn for pundits who can list out the names of academy players and wax lyrical about a million different types of attacking formation.. but nothing beats the combination of Brady, Giles and Dunphy. They may be flawed but they all provide honest and often in-depth opinion and analysis

Suarez or RVP at the start of next season assuming you can only afford one of them?

No doubt Suarez is the better player but he also has the CL to deal with while RVP has generous fixtures.

Until they start improving their squad, there's not much else to base it on.

To be honest I agree. I think I'd happily sacrifice Hazard for a 4.5 mid to have both

Yeah, the RvP, Suarez, Cheapo trio will be en vogue I reckon.

Sam Vokes could be a popular player πŸ˜‰

Nah I'm actually an Irishman who was very much behind England tonight , hopefully a decent manager can make the best of the bright options in the squad for the future.
Suarez masterclass was the only reason I'm not disappointed with the game really, fantastic player

Yep, we weren't beaten by Uruguay in my mind. We were beaten by Suarez, the rest of their team was very average. Far from the exciting team of 2010

I nearly posted whilst watching the game on how short of fitness he looked. The fact he destroyed us with two ruthless finishes underlines his quality. Truly world class and England don't currently have anyone at that level.
