Ahead of Englandโ€™s vital Group D game against Uruguay tonight, Paddy Power are rolling out a tempting offer for those yet to register an account. With Roy Hodgsonโ€™s England set to face the South Americans at 8pm, our bookmaker mates are offering odds of 5/1 for the Three Lions to bounce back from their defeat against Italy and defeat Luis Suarez and co:

Given that the regular odds are just 11/10, this is clearly another great offer from Paddy. Click here to get involved.

Those who already have an account with Paddy can still take advantage of a Money Back Special on offer. Paddy will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match as a free bet if Uruguay win โ€“ found out more here.

To clarify, the England enhanced odds special is limited to a ยฃ10 stake, open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Powerโ€™s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Baines is not good enough at International level - to timid even when going forward doesn't deliver
Sterling trying to much and has not been as effective out wide
    Rooney not offered enough
Welbeck - well nobody understands what he has on Roy!
Jagielka does not even check his shoulder - dropped to deep & didnt even know what was behind him
Uruguay pressing & Englanfd cant cope.

I don't really find it amusing watching England lose or draw, but seriously they have major problems and its not at this lv were it's at. they are technically inadequate in this modern age of football, just look how big of a country are England yet Uruguay can produce better players. The Belgians are another example they were poor in that area look at them now with the changes they made.

Sterling,Sturridge and Barkley have the sort of skill the rest don't, they're just workman like

The key for me is the enforcement of a style at youth acadamies so that all young players learn the style and can then integrate together for international matches. The issue is that the premierleague is so diverse it would lose its edge if teams started to play the same way.

yeah, it takes loads of co-operation to do that the way the German national team did and as you mention with the diversity of nationalities it seems much harder for young English players to make the grade (first team football)
