Pretty good hold-up play. His link-up play could be better but he's still getting used to his teammates won't fuss about that.

Didn't see him have that many opportunities on goal but he is huge and strong and the L'Pool defenders had their hands full despite him not having much of the ball.

Definitely one to watch. The death of Southampton was very pre-mature.

I have the same issue. I'm happy to wait though since I have more urgent need elsewhere for my FT and am reasonably comfortable with Lovren/caulker/Clyne/wisdom as alternatives. Will look to get him out soon though once Mert is back.

He might play at Leicester in GW3 so might be worth holding onto him for now. Otherwise a good (albeit very short term) option is Vlaar or Cissokho I reckon). One of the Hull lads or Wilson at Stoke would be good options too. Kelly at palace too. If you can find 0.5 upgrade to Ward, Caulker or Curtis Davies would be my recommendation.
