The Dugout Discussion – Gameweek 3 – Saturday

Saturday afternoon continues with a quintet of fixtures to entertain us before Everton square up to Chelsea later on. For many, the main focal point will be at the Etihad as we look to see whether Sergio Aguero will be let off the leash against Stoke, with Stevan Jovetic’s owners anticipating another home brace from the Montenegro striker.

Newcastle have been heavily backed in this week’s Scout Picks and we’ll be hoping to see new boy Siem de Jong justify our show of faith ahead of a very kind run of fixtures. Fantasy managers will also get to run the rule over Palace’s potential in the St James’ Park encounter as Neil Warnock takes the helm for a second time.

Elsewhere, Fantasy favourites such as Steven Caulker will be hoping to make an impact at home to Sunderland, while Gylfi Sigurdsson’s growing band of owners are expecting returns for the third Gameweek in succession as Swansea prepare for the visit of West Brom. West Ham welcome Southampton to Upton Park as Big Sam pins his hopes on Mauro Zarate to inspire his side to another win.

You can look to out Twitter feed for all the lineup from today’s matches.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Right, hands up. Who fell for Mourinho's shite about Costa being injured? 😀

Will the -4 points for tranfers be deducted this GW or after next GW? In my FPL league, the manager of the month gets some money ^^ and i cant risk winning by 3 points and loose because of my transfers hmm

Watch everyone pile in for Dyer now, ahead of a trip to Stamford Bridge.

If this was last year, he'd score a hat-trick. This season, however, i can see him picking up 2 points.

I agree, but this season has a slightly different feel thus far.

Knee-jerking has been less well rewarded - that is the point i am making.

I feel really pleased for Gary Monk. How often do you see players get given the opportunity to manage and come straight through and do badly. Really good to see him having such a great start.

Thought he'd fall flat on his arse to be honest but he's doing well, credit where it's due.

Care to guess who will score more in the remaining games?

    A. Hutton + Ivanovic + Adebayor

    or

    B. Azpilicueta + Debuchy + 7 points

    A or B?

could be fielded as a winger/striker. Sort of like schurlle. Probably rotated between willian, schurlle and himself on the right wing,

Pieters gets the luckiest assist of the night, his clearance from inside his area, around 30 seconds later, Diouf scores
