    Krul Myhill
    Jones Dier Collocini Wisdom Hutton
    Ramsey Sterling Matic Siggy Henderson
    Balotelli Aguero Costa

Punt on Balotelli with Liverpool's good fixtures

Not making any transfers until September 13th now! Don't really care about team value. Got 2.7M ITB and I can upgrade Jovetic, de Jong or Baird! Downgrading Costa did have one positive.

    Sturridge (C) for GW4! o/
My only transfer will probably be: Jovetic>Costa
Might be a bit stubborn and keep Jovetic though

So after a poor game week and investing heavily in United at the start of the season I've gone and used my wildcard. Any recommended changes....

    Krul
    Cahill----Debuchy----Clyne
    Ramsey---Sigurdsson---Hazard---Eriksen---Henderson
    Rooney----Costa

    Subs: Gilks, Hutton, Wilson, Naismith

I wanted Ivanovic instead of Cahill but didn't have the money. Shipped out Mata and De Gea but kept Rooney in from my original team with the still favourable fixtures for Utd. And my outfield subs I plan on swapping in with some of my cheaper players like Clyne and Debuchy if they're fixtures are more favourable. The lack of a Man City players a bit concerning but I felt I couldn't swap out any of my midfielders for theirs, and the City defence doesn't seem to have many mainstays apart from Komapny who's too expensive, leaves attack which I would love to have Aguero but he's just so much 🙁

With Naismith's current run I don't think you'll want him benched. Perhaps downgrade Henderson, play Naismith and use the cash elsewhere. Maybe to get that City player in.

In a good place at the moment, lead all my MLs, have both my wildcard and two FTs available and a squad where few changes are necessary.

Just one question. Who should I bring in with my free transfers given I already have Costa? Thanks in advance.

    A) Fabregas + Sterling

    B) Hazard + Tadic

    1. chrisjdgrady

      A

I think Fab is essential and will be 10 eventually so get him now. He will get consistent scores and will be highly owned so just get him in and not worry about it

Sterling should be good over the season too

      1. Rum Ham

Yeah you're probably right. What with a lot of competition for Liverpool's front three/four and with UCL games this season I guess I'm worrying too much about Sterling's rotation potential. Ultimately however he is the better player. No need to pull the trigger until after tomorrow's games of course.

Didn't see the former but the latter two were OK. RVP and Mata however were shocking hanging Roon out to dry. Jovetic was good but was yanked after 60 minutes. Said it was a daft decision then and it proved to be.

Jovetic probably top of that list, but subbed off due to City needing a different approach I think. Rooney looked as useless as the rest of the Man U team, but with those fixtures if they get something (which surely they must, even a little) it's just as likely to be him as anyone else.

I think Giroud would play at least 50%, probably more. He doesn't score loads, but he is very good at linking up their passing play and giving them someone to play around. Sanchez up there the other day meant it fell apart a bit in that respect.

looks like it will be Dzeko > Naismith and Rooney > Aguero for me over the next couple of weeks.

Really wanted to save my WC but it's always tempting during this break

Wouldn't want to wildcard whilst price changed predictions are screwed.

I've been cursing him all morning. I would have had either Eriksen or Siggy captain, kept Costa, and had 2 FT right now. My fault for even listening.

lol Mario would have still come in, only difference is he would of come in for dzeko and had him alongside Costa

Some advice I had early, and I liked the sound of, is if you need 4 or more changes use it, if not leave it.

I don't necessarily 'need' 4 changes, but if I activated WC I would definitely be making at least 4-5 changes

If it'll garner you more points than your current team with a couple of transfers then I suppose it adds up. I would be hesitant to do it for price reasons however with the prediction sites seeming far from accurate at the moment.

If Studge blanks I'm going for it I think. Could save and gain a few pennies very easily.
