Considering losing a free transfer for the first time as fairly happy with my team (don't have Sanchez, but don't see any easy way to get him in other than straight swap from ADM/Hazard, but doesn't seem worth it bearing in mind upcoming fixtures). Current team is:

Don't want to start shipping out my Southampton contingent just yet. The two Swansea players have good fixtures after the next two tough ones. Just not seeing anyone worth getting rid of. Could change one of my cheap defenders I suppose but not seeing any standout picks.

I'm in the same position with the Sanchez thing, I would like him but I'd have to sacrifice Aguero, Costa, or Hazard to get him.
The Newcastle defence seems to offer good value, fixtures look okay, S.Taylor, or Dummett, look decent options.Thanks for the advice all. Hadn't considered upgrading the second keeper but agree it makes sense with Forster's tough run coming up. Will wait until after European fixtures are out of the way just in case of injuries, then will probably go with that. Newcastle cheap defender is another decent option but leaning towards the keeper upgrade.
I had a similar thing last week and ended up doing Clyne to Bertrand because of his better attacking stats.
Had a pretty poor couple of weeks, no Sanchez has cost me. Apart from him does team look solid enough? No needs for hits?

If LVG reverts back to the Diamond with Herrera and ADM gets the role he had previously, coupled with Jedinak's suspension, I can see ADM getting a haul.

im not sure at all. he gets forward alot more, and is a threat from set pieces, and with every game is given a bigger license to get into dangerous positions. im keeping him for the foreseeable

Aguero is proven to be super explosive (I.e. 2-3+ goals) ADM has good scores and stats thus far but I can't see him making a potential 20 score like Aguero could on any given week
