Mathieu Debuchy is back in full training for Arsenal. Chris Brunt is ruled out for West Brom. Mo Diame is out for up to three weeks for Hull. Philippe Coutinho is a slight doubt for Liverpool, while Alan Pardew still has concerns over Fabricio Coloccini as Chelsea roll out to St James’ Park.

Nacho Monreal has been ruled out of Arsenal’s trip to Stoke, though Arsene Wenger is hopeful on Kieran Gibbs’ chances. Laurent Koscielny “must be assessed”, according to his manager, whilst Wojciech Szczesny is set to return to full training today, though it’s uncertain if he’ll be available. Tomas Rosicky (thigh) and Yaya Sanogo (calf) are both doubtful, Theo Walcott remains sidelined, whilst Mathieu Debuchy is back in full training and could return against Galatasaray on Tuesday.

Diafra Sakho and Alex Song have trained all week for West Ham and are expected to return to the squad for tomorrow’s home clash with Swansea, reckons Sam Allardyce.

Stephen Ward is set to miss out with an ankle injury for Burnley this weekend, whilst Sean Dyche has admitted Michael Duff is unlikely to be fit in time. Sam Vokes stepped up his recovery from long-term injury with another reserves outing in midweek but is set to remain sidelined.

Brendan Rodgers reckons Philippe Coutinho and Jose Enrique “should” be available for the weekend visit of Sunderland, though Mario Balotelli remains out for the Reds.

Joe Ledley (hip) and Dwight Gayle (illness) are set for late fitness tests ahead of Palace’s trip to Spurs, according to reports in the local press.

Chris Brunt is ruled out of West Brom’s trip to Hull with a hamstring injury, though Alan Irvine has James Morrison and Sebastien Pocognoli available once again.

Hull’s Mohamed Diame has been ruled out for two to three weeks with a knee injury. The midfielder was forced off with a recurrence of the problem against Everton on Wednesday evening.

Alan Pardew has conceded he still has concerns over Fabricio Coloccini’s fitness as Newcastle entertain Chelsea. The Magpies boss – who has Moussa Sissoko and Jack Colback back after serving one-match suspensions – has admitted “I can’t really give a clear indication of how the players are”, due to the quick turnaround in fixtures.

Mark Hughes is set to make a late decision on the fitness of Jon Walters and Robert Huth ahead of Stoke’s home clash with Arsenal. Glenn Whelan (calf) looks set to miss out again, while the Potters have concerns over Stephen Ireland due to illness.

Gus Poyet expects Adam Johnson and Wes Brown to be available for the trip to Liverpool, though Sebastien Coates is unable to feature against his parent club. Poyet admitted “We are also going to have to refresh the team” as the fixture list picks up pace.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream as breaking news unfolds.

There is a reason we all have a Chelsea striker and a Chelsea mid. There will be goals

There's also a reason why we all don't have both of those, but that reason is not that they're playing Newcastle.

    Baines owners:

Is this a period to get rid for a bit and then bring back later. Seems as though Mirallas really does effect his performances in a negative way

      Got him for 6.9
Always seems to be at the top of the defenders rankings at the end of the season.

      Why not have him?

I agree but there is always a period where he doesn't do so well and I can't see any harm in shipping out for that period but obviously predicting when that will be is not so easy.

Yea, but i can't see him dropping back down to 6.9. And he always has a chance of scoring because of pens. Not worth the transfer out imo

There's a reason the advise that usually goes with baines never to bench never captain, is because you never know where the points will fall.

Baines does this every season. Goes on an incredible run of points followed by a run of blanks. I think it's time to ship now honestly.

he has already got 6 assists this season,

He'll be the top scoring defender this season with ease.

IMHO you have to know that a penalty and freee kick can be awarded and scored against anyone.

That's the beauty of him. Very rarely are you reliant on his clean sheet points to get the points you get him for in the first place.

Sup geezers. Here's my dilemma this week.

    Foster
    Yun Azpilicueta Chambers
    Downing Hazard Sigurdsson Tadic
    Bony Agüero van Persie

    Subs: Krul Marney Dummett Moore

    Bank - 0.9
    1 FT

    What would you suggest?

    A) Tadic > Eriksen
    B) RVP > Costa
    C) RVP + Tadic > Austin + Yaya (-4)
    D) RVP + Tadic > Costa + Eriksen (-4)

    1. Billy Ketsu
      • 15 Years

A for me ENR. I'd see how RVP goes but Costa next week for no hit looks better than a -4 this week.

Nah. Austins numbers are the strongest out of that lot. And he's the focul point for an attacking QPR side.

Is he definitely back.? Held on to him with the hope people will sell and he'll come back all guns blazing. Saved my game week a few times before everyone got him in.

    Morning people!

What do we think is the best move here?

    Forster
    Baines Azpi Clyne Yun Moore
    Sanchez Fab Hazard Siggy Boyd
    Austin Aguero Bony

    1FT. 0.0itb.

    Thinking:
    A) Forster > Guzan
    B) Save, play double Soton def
    C) Save, play Yun

I know. Was going to ship but had other priorities. I've had Clyne since the beginning so I'd probably hold onto him and ship Forster > Guzan. Sound good?

Nigel Pearson appears to tell Leicester City fan to 'f*** off and die' in shocking video footage from the defeat against Liverpool: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2861898/Nigel-Pearson-appears-tell-Leicester-City-fan-f-die-shocking-video-footage-defeat-Liverpool.html

Never liked the guy, and a sore sore loser, like Big Fat Sam, always suggesting his team were unlucky/poor and never giving any credit at all to the opposition - but that takes the biscuit.

It might. Thing is Austin is only good at home. While Kane should be able to deliver on the road as well. Question is will he be able to do so and keep his place. Still think Sakho is the best option though he is a bit of a gamble this GW.

    Bony & Jedinak > Austin & Herrera

    ?

Bony 3 shots on target in as many away fixtures I think I read. Jedinak wont score a set piece every week.

Probably not Chambers long term - Debuchy return will impact on his game time. Agree with the other 4. Maybe Tomkins/ Reid?

So my options this week are down too:

    A) Krul > Guzan FT
    B) Save FT and play Elliot over entire Xmas period as this is the only time I will sort out GK
