well there is a precedent for Kolarov playing and you could easily play Silva in the hole and Nasri on the right (as I think Pelli prefers him to Navas anyways)

Yep. 57(-4) here with only 6/8 players played. Zaba and Azpi would have probably brought that up to 69(-4) with Baines and Siggy to go.
