Merry Christmas From Fantasy Football Scout

For 364 days a year, we can be forgiven for devoting our attention to the merits of acquiring Alan Hutton; today we really should focus on friends and family.

Having said that, the cunning Fantasy Football manager will always sneak five minutes to scan that Boxing Day fixture list one more time as the mince pies are warming. So, while I’ve got your attention, I’d like to extend a very Merry Christmas from myself, and all those involved in Fantasy Football Scout, to you and your families.

Once again, I must thank you all for the outstanding support you’ve shown the site – although I’ll reserve further sentiment for the New Year message, along with a preview of things to come from us in 2015.

For now, you ought to get back to mulling over Alan Hutton, whilst pretending to listen to that anecdote that the Father-in-law told last year. And the year before that. Get back to it: they’ll be missing you.

Having said all this, be sure pop back later today for our views on Gameweek Differentials, the Boxing Day armband, our Mondogoal tips and our round-up of all the great things to come from you, the community, in the past week. We’re all friends and family here.

Merry Christmas.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Foster - Bertrand, Yun, Bartley - Fabregas, Sterling, Yaya T, Downing - Austin, Costa, Bony

    Bench: Krul, Siggurdson, Wisdom, Hutton

2.3 Mill ITB which I feel I need to use, 1 FT

    a) Siggy > Silva
    b) Krul> Panti/ other 4.5 keeper
    c) Wisdom> Zabaleta
    d) Sterling > Hazard

    Or any other suggestions?

Yes imo. Hazard captain and good VC might work but Sanchez(c) is risky. Dont think he will get complete rest...

    Happy Christmas my friends 🙂

In keeping with my boxing day tradition that inevitably ruins every FPL season I take part in, I have taken a risk and taken out Costa for Falcao.

I wish you all the best of luck over this period and let's hope the points roll in. Off for a meal out for the first time at Christmas, and going yo get very tanked up. Enjoy yourselves!

Doesn't it. Still on Hazard atm, but he's my vice so might get a shot at it ;]

I just think, he's got a real point to prove, fully fit and the most dangerous out and out striker on the planet when he's in form. Let's hope he smashes it!

Downing out? Nah. Bench for this one but he looks like a possible season keeper for points and price.

    what would be your priority?

    - Boyd --> Siggy, giving you 8 strong attackers but also some benching nightmares on the next gameweeks

    - Jagielka --> Zaba, which seems a bit sideways this week given their opponents

Have a sneaky suspicion West Ham might cause a Chelsea upset tommorrow.

hehe maybe. I just think Chelsea will slip up soon and West Ham are in the form to do.

I hope it is the case, as a neutral closer the better at the top just to make things interesting.

      I surely hope they do.

The Hammers are one of the very few teams that can do it considering the form that they are in.

so what is the mood here
ditching hazard or leaving it a hazard??
will lose 0.2 on him but i also have a playnig bench
no obvious changes are possible except fabs or eriksen, doubt di maria will play twice having just returned from injury and have silva as city cover and not interested in pool
