What are Giroud owners doing. Sticking? burning a transfer on a swap out?
Violent conduct will keep him out for the next three games, so sticking isn't really an option IMO.
I'm looking at strikers in a similar price bracket if I decide to sell Bony - I'd definitely look at Austin if you don't already own him; other options are Kane (despite 2 tough games coming up), Benteke and Jovetic (he was an unused substitute today).
