With gremlins in the machine, the clock was ticking on this week’s ScoutCast as Granville and I are hurried into service.

Displaying all the urgency and determination of Ade Akinfenwa at the end of season buffet, we waste no time in driving through the ScoutCast regulars, whilst weighing the merits of when to swoop for a certain “essential” Argentine.

While this week’s low fat episode may come as a treat for some, we’re working towards a return to the full fat, high cholesterol live Hangout from next week. Keep ‘em peeled for news on that.

    Bought Siggy at 6.0, he's now at 6.8 so will only get 6.4 for him. Does that now make him a season keeper?

    Too many similarities with when I sold Michu. He also had an injury but managed to get a goal (I think) and then continued to have a great end to the season.

          Chadli and Kane vs Chelsea & Palace has been great as a double up so why not?
          Downing is reaching his limit.
          Many ways to play FPL. Outside GWs 18-19, he's done nothing in ages. He is also carrying an injury & plays Chelsea next. No Bony may be an issue now too. Quite a few are ditching Costa.

    I'm on wildcard, and I think team looks strong. Any input on

    Forster (Krul)
    Terry - Clyne - Wisdom (Hutton - Dummett)
    Fabregas - Hazard - Sanchez - Chadli (Boyd)
    Austin - Kane - Aguero.

    leaves me with 3.0 ITB.

    The only one I'm really unsure of for the long run here is Dummett. Any ideas for a defender to replace him?

      I'm not so sure Cahill will get his place back that easily. He had an absolute shocker against Spurs and the CS with Zouma in the side might have given Mourinho something to think about.

              Not fully 'happy' but I'm fine with owning Austin instead. The only problem is with the money saved from going with Austin I'm almost forced to buy expensive defenders which was my downfall in December as the cheapies raked in the cleanies while my big defenders gave me nothing.

    I'm annoyed at myself.

    I never, ever, ever have a strong front 8. I've always had a sub 4.5 midfielder so that I don't have any dilemmas on selection each week.

    But last week I decided to go against that, knowing I had a wildcard to be played in the next couple of weeks and brought in Sterling (the week he went on holiday!!)

    Anyway so now I have the dilema - who do I bench?

    Hazard, Downing, Sanchez, Sterling, Silva
    Kane, Augero, austin.

    Currently on Sterling - any help?
