With gremlins in the machine, the clock was ticking on this week’s ScoutCast as Granville and I are hurried into service.

Displaying all the urgency and determination of Ade Akinfenwa at the end of season buffet, we waste no time in driving through the ScoutCast regulars, whilst weighing the merits of when to swoop for a certain “essential” Argentine.

While this week’s low fat episode may come as a treat for some, we’re working towards a return to the full fat, high cholesterol live Hangout from next week. Keep ‘em peeled for news on that.

For now, grab this rapid recording via this link or stream the swiftness via the player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Not worried about the possibility of Koeman rolling out a back 3 with him, Fonte and Gardos again?

That is the question on everyone's lips, including mine.

Literally nothing between them, except perhaps £0.1m if you currently have neither.

      I can't decide...

Bertrand. Better form and points per game. He does miss out the Chelsea match, but he wold be a rotation candidate for that anyway.

Always look at the opposite flank (in this case Janmaat if Bertrand or Dummet ahead of Clyne) then choose one 😉 I'll go for Bertrand (got Clyne too)

Think I'm settled on my WC Team -

    Panti / Krul
    Terry / Berty / Wisdom / Cameron / Hutton
    Sanchez / Hazard / ADM / Chadli / Boyd*
    Kun / Kane / Costa

0.2m ITB, seeing as I'm not going to be playing Boyd, should I just trade down to a 4.2/4.3m mid for the extra cash? Or, i'm also considering Brady/ W-Prowse as the 5th mid as a small differential option incase an attacker gets injured?

That's a tough call. I'm not convinced on doubling up on SUN in defence even though PVA is cheap, and not having a SOU defender could hurt you some weeks. Do Boyd & W-Prowse rotate well?

    HELP!

Played WC. I think I might need Man Utd coverage, but Clyne and Chadli are players I trust. Should I go for:

    A) Clyne & Chadli,or
    B) DiMaria & Bruce

Or I could keep Clyne, and reshuffle to bring in Mata

    C) Chadli, Van Aanholt & Boyd out, Mata, Bruce and £4.4MID in (Sanchez/Marney).

    Thanks lads

Chambers playing at the weekend doesn't necessarily mean he'll always get the nod, but he's most likely to play as he has before and can always move to CB if required. You have cover for the weekend defensively so maybe saving is the way to go - You probably wouldn't play Chambers this week anyway so you may as well keep the transfer. You'll then have one GW to have a look and see what happens.

I had such a horrible week 4 when Costa got his trick against Swansea. Had him but captained Balotelli (!!!!!!!), in an attempt to play catchup, and ended up with a gw rank flirting with 2m.
Costa's not going to do it again is he? Not sure I could handle that. (or your man Hazard hoofing another child)

I think people are worrying about Aguero way too much. Seems like people are scared of not getting him early. If it wasn't wildcard season would everyone be rushing to get him in?

It's not like he is likely to totally explode over the next two difficult games. Even if he does get a 2 or 3 over the next 2 games there are plenty of other players who can match him. I actually think Arsenal will keep it tight vs City after all those embarrassing results vs top teams.

It would be a different story if he had easy fixtures.

I see your point but if you get him in early then you get him at a cheaper price and get the jump on everyone when he hits form. It is one of the reasons that I'm at 12K.

Fair points but he is the one player that will be 100% of teams eventually, why not take the risk of being ahead of the curve a little bit? If he fails, well you free up a transfer or save your WC bullet for a week or two. If he succeeds, others are forced to use a transfer or wildcard on him.

If he had easy fixtures, everyone would get him and from the off he's no longer a differential.
