- More Goalkeeper Rotation Thoughts
I thought I would combine the Goalkeeper rotation article by Mouldmaster, and the 2 way and 3 way rotation articles by Jaffalicious and Dynamic respectively to see if there was a combination that meant there was no double up between GK and DEF but also whichever 3 way you chose it could easily be switched to a 2 way if a must have / bandwagon defender emerged. i.e. keep your 2 big hitter defenders and swap out one of your 3 way to switch to 2 way.
I started by comparing the 2 way with the 3 way to see which of the triple combos had 2 different 2 ways within the 3 players. That left just 2 combos:
- Stoke, Sunderland & Swansea (STK & SWA being a 2 way and SUN & SWA)
- Villa, Sunderland and Swansea (AVL & SUN, SUN & SWA)
Given both of the above combos have SUN then I can eliminate that from the GK pairings, which leaves:
Ospina/Foster 9.4
Foster/Krul 9.0
Krul/Ospina 9.2
The cheapest combo (using the original articles player selection) is therefore:
Foster / Krul
Hutton, PVA, Naughton

The most expensive being:
Ospina / Foster
Wollscheid, PVA, Naughton

It's just so annoying that none of the GK rotation options have a DGW. Tempted to get in Lloris until GW28 then switch him out to Krul for the Foster/Krul combo.
Foster-Krul is what I opted for with my Wildcard two weeks ago..
Earned me a total of 16 Points in the last two..
But I think, if Ospina looks a nailed one, then Foster-Ospina is a better one..
The GK and DEF might not be that alluring of positions to most to storm their brains about, but trust me, as the old cliche goes, "Attack wins games, defense wins titles.", is very much true for the FPL game too. So get it right..

I think he played well, he was unlycky to get only the assist on the Falcao goal.
He is not historically a goalscorer. If you want a United mid with goal threat then Mata is the man but not nailed on. Look at Eriksen, form of his life, why all the love for ADM, he has been a bit shite really hasnt he yet everybody has him. Dont get it.
