Despite the critics, Liverpool are playing well as a team lately and create a lot of chances - which unfortunately Sterling can't finish.
Now Sturridge will be the one who gets at the end of the chances. And that guy can finish.
He's becoming one of the most fearsome strikers in Europe. Will completely transform our attack.
As a Liverpool fan I think that is a slight exaggeration, but yes Sturridge wasted no time yesterday and looked lively for his first game back. Extremely excited to see what he will bring to the team.

Yes we love him but after 5 months out I feel that is the wrong way to put it. He was developing well but let's not do the English thing of going mental over a young player.Well over the course of the last 2 seasons, his status has risen a lot. Wouldn't be surprised if he was top scorer for the rest of the season given the amount of chances being created now.
