    16 points: Cazorla Aguero and Sanchez (C) to go

    Dropped 3.000 places today, any chance to recover?

      Sanchez > Aguero points, and a big haul for Cazorla. And you might.

        Hope so, every week everyone tells me my team is pretty good, but last couple of weeks I'm getting red arrows or small green ones 😀

          Haha, a couple of weeks back, I was on a streak of 6-7 red arrows. I don't mind that as long as I get one of those big greens.

      Yeah you have the usual suspects i suppose. Silva and Giroud the only ones who can really hurt you. Oh and Wally i suppose for his 5 minute cameo off the bench lol

    Score predictions for Liverpool v City?

    I reckon 3-2 City.

    City will need to attack, and being the home team Liverpool like to play that quick-pressing game.

    Should be a very open match with plenty of goals, but after playing 120 mins on Thursday with more or less a full side, I think City will nick it.

      I think 3-1 City. Sterling and Sturridge looked poor midweek.
      Coutinho could be the difference, however.
      City have a very good record against us...

      Liverpool's new formation may make the game less attacking than we think...

    Wanted to do JWP to Cork as a long term move to free up cash but thought better to make the most of this GW so got Moses instead. Cork getting 7 pts sort of sums up this game.

    I can use my 1 FT and get this team for next GW:

    Pantilimon
    Lescott, Bellerín, Bertrand
    Hazard, Eriksen, Cazorla, Sterling
    Austin, Kane, Agüero

    Heaton, PVA, Puncheon, Trippier

    Any point in taking a 4 point hit? (I have £1.9m in the bank)

    [2FT]
    A) Defoe, Walcott, Wasi -> Austin, Eriksen, Walker/Rose (-4)
    B) Defoe, Walcott, ADM -> Austin, Eriksen, Sanchez/Silva (-4)
    C) Defoe, Walcott/ADM -> Austin, Eriksen

    Foster
    Bellerin / Bertrand / Terry / PVA / Wasi
    Hazard / Cazorla / Walcott / ADM / Boyd
    Aguero / Kane / Defoe

      Depends on the league. If its a cash league then its not on.

      If its a group of mates / work peeps playing for fun and they are a mate / work with you its fine

      If its an open league like ffs ones then its fine.

      that's a relatively easy decision - he's gotta go.

      If they were doing terribly, they probably wouldn't bother joining right? That's kind of like going to a clothes store and saying "Can I just take this jacket? If after I've worn it a few times, and people think it looks great and I really like it, I'll come back and pay for it. But if I decide I'm over it, I'll just give it back to you"... either you were in the league or you weren't - you can't just rock up when things are going swell and suddenly be all competitive... nope... out, and clarify the rules for next year.

          Rooney was still often used as the 2nd striker in that season. I thought they were a great pair and it won United the title in the end. I think Fergie was just being and opportunist and RVP was cheap enough so figured, why not?

                    Which is why Rooney was was questioning Fergie for not spending. And thus why Fergie's ego wasn't having that and wanted rid. Love him to bits but our decline is down to him just as much if not moreso than Moyes.

    @ Torresmagic

    Regarding the exchange earlier, I was taken by surprise that you apparently knew my team.

    I entered a FPL team for the first time this year because the Chelsea Chat forum I use had a mini-league and was advertising it. I had no idea how a game like FPL worked, the last time I played fantasy football was around 20 years ago. So how to structure a 15-man squad, BAPS, the importance of captains was all stuff I had no clue about. Basically it was just a bit of fun.

    Unfortunately I have a nature where I don't like doing things badly. And my team was rubbish. So I started to do some research, that brought me here and for some weeks I just tried to get the hang of how the game worked. Once I started to get hold of that I began to make better decisions. I have a good knowledge of football. Coupling that with knowledge of the mechanics of FPL was the issue.

    As I started to get the hang of things I began to post on here, often challenging conventional wisdoms. That's also my nature and one of the ways I learn. I also think that's a way of contributing to a site that I have learned things from (and still do).

    I always intended this to be a learning season for me and therefore decided to keep my team private and not to link it. But now you have seen it (apparently) you will know that I have told no lies about it either.

    Anyway, my response to you was a bit stiff. Now you have some background as to why.

    So, from the players playing tomorrow, which is capable of doing the most damage in Overall Ranking?
