No, but outside of a few instances you generally go backwards. Last gameweek I felt very clever for taking a hit to do Austin and Ozil to Sigurdsson and Giroud after Girouds brace and Ozil not playing (also meaning I avoided McAuley and his -3 coming off the bench). I can assure you I don't feel clever now...
I think it's a combination of not taking hits and making well thought out decisions. I used to be terrible for kneejerking, and this site has a habit of clouding your judgement too!
